    Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain an easily visible signal lamp and to enable the simultaneous display of a working state and detail information at one point by forming the display machine as an integral type of the signal lamp and a display and forming the case covering the color lamp emitting element of the signal lamp as opaque case. CONSTITUTION:This display machine 1 has the integrated signal lamp 2 and display 10. The signal lamp 2 has the opaque case and contains the plural LEDs therein. The display 10 is constituted of, for example, a liquid crystal display, etc., and is mounted with the signal lamp 2 at the peak part thereof. The display 10 is supported by a pole 30. Then, the mounting of the signal lamp 2and the display 10, i.e., the display machine 1 is require at one point only and the formation of the display machine to a slim and compact construction is possible. As a result, the signal lamp 2 and the display 10 are visible at one time and the information is obtainable simultaneously from the signal lamp 2 and the display 10. Namely, the working state is known from the signal lamp 2 and the detail content from the display 10.

Thus, uneven luminance of the pick up image caused by dual exposure by the different vertical canning frequencies is eliminated and the characteristic of a display device 1 is correctly measured.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To simultaneously and correctly observe a plurality of input signals, by providing a comparator for generating a plurality of trigger signals, an A/D converting means for converting input signals to digital signals, and a judging means for judging whether the input signals are held in a standard limit for judgment of waveforms. CONSTITUTION:When a measurement start signal is input, a comparator 22 obtains a comparison result between an input signal S1 and a threshold value set by a user, and outputs the result as a trigger signal. Similarly, a comparator 23 obtains a comparison result between an input signal S2 and a threshold value set by the user, with outputting a trigger signal of the result. When a measuring waveform reaches a trigger level, the comparator 22 is activated to drive a memory controller 24, and the waveform data is stored in a memory 12. Signals S1, S2 can be observed with a timing synchronous with the input signals S1, S2. Accordingly, the signals S1, S2 can be simultaneously and correctly observed. Moreover, whether or not the signals S1, S2 are good is judged by a judging means CPU.

Namely, The side view type light emitting diodes 4 emit light in parallel to the fitting surfaces 4c. Then the signal lamp A is so constituted that the respective light emitting diodes 4 face in different directions at equal intervals and emit light in the directions.

Thus, image distortion or the like is measured by picking up the image of an entire display screen from a reference position formed on the central front face of the display screen of the receiver 3.
