Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably extract respective cards one by one by extracting a plurality of card materials stored and held in a vertically standing state one by one sequentially in the vertical direction. SOLUTION: A plurality of card materials 5 are stored in a hopper 14 while stood vertically. In a plate type member 20B in the upper part of a guide part 20, a pressing contact plate 21 is installed via a damping spring 22 while a contact face 21A of the pressing contact plate 21 shows a normal line direction to the card material 5 loading direction.
