Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably extract respective cards one by one by extracting a plurality of card materials stored and held in a vertically standing state one by one sequentially in the vertical direction. SOLUTION: A plurality of card materials 5 are stored in a hopper 14 while stood vertically. In a plate type member 20B in the upper part of a guide part 20, a pressing contact plate 21 is installed via a damping spring 22 while a contact face 21A of the pressing contact plate 21 shows a normal line direction to the card material 5 loading direction. The pressing contact plate 21 can be slid only by a predetermined distance in the direction shown by an arrow (b) or its opposite direction to the plate type member 20B according to energization from the damping spring 22. A card supply port 14B is formed in one end upper side of the hopper 14, and the card materials 5 pushed out sequentially in the direction shown by the arrow (b) by means of the guide part 20 can be taken out one by one sequentially in the vertical direction shown by an arrow (a) via the card supply port 14B.
