Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fitting mechanism for an imaging unit capable of accurately positioning a camera unit and fitting the camera unit. SOLUTION: The fitting mechanism for the imaging unit is provided with: the imaging unit 57 of almost a rectangular shape having a lens section 13a; a base unit provided with a fitting part 61 fitted with the imaging unit 57; and an outer housing formed with a lens hole 66 for exposing the lens section 13a of the imaging unit 57 externally. A rear side of the imaging unit 57 opposite to a front side provided with the lens section 13a and first side faces adjacent to the rear side are covered by an elastic member 57g. The imaging unit 57 is depressed by a pressing part provided to the outer housing to be depressed onto a bottom side of the fitting section 61 via the elastic member 57g, and further, depressed by a first positioning projection 67b provided to the outer housing to be depressed to a first position regulation piece 62 via the elastic member 57g resulting that the imaging unit 57 is fitted to the fitting section 61 so that the lens section 13a is exposed externally through the lens hole 66. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a recording and reproducing apparatus of a disk cartridge thin in its whole size even when a camera unit is further added to the recording and reproducing apparatus. SOLUTION: The apparatus is provided with: a base unit 32 on which a disk rotation drive mechanism 41 for rotating an optical disk 2 and an optical pickup43 provided near this disk rotation drive mechanism 41 and moved in the radial direction of the optical disk 2 are arranged; and an image pickup unit 57 arranged on the base unit 32 so as to be positioned at an opposite side to the optical pickup 43 for holding the disk rotation drive mechanism 41 between them. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress unnecessary radiation noise occurring in recording information signals in high density. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a device body 11 where a base unit 32 where a disk rotary driving mechanism 41 and an optical pickup 43 are arranged is arranged; a lid 12 turnably attached to the device body 11 with a hinge; a magnetic head mechanism 46 arranged on the side of the lid 12 so as to face the optical pickup 43 and moving synchronizing with the optical pickup 43, a first printed circuit board 33 arranged so as to overlap the base unit 32 and having a recording circuit of the information signal assembled on the side of the hinge, and a recording flexible circuit board 58 for electrically connecting the first printed circuit board 33 and the magnetic head mechanism 46 through the hinge. The device body 11 is provided with a belt-like member 36 whose surface is treated so as to become conductive along a first edge on the side of the hinge to prevent the unnecessary radiation noise from being radiated from a hinge part to outside. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adjust displacement volume between an operating member and a member to be operated varying and interlocking each other by a simple and easy constitution in planning to reduce the number of components. SOLUTION: The displacement volume adjustment feature is provided with the member to be operated 28 which is movably set up, a biasing means 32 which urges the member to be operated 28 to one side of a moving direction, a helical torsion spring 36 which is installed on the member to be operated 28 by its winding part 36a and its one end 36b being latched together to the member to be operated 28 and its other end 36c is made to be elasticity displaceable, and an operating member 29 which is engaged by the other end 36c of the helical torsion spring 36 and moves the member to be operated 28 standing up against the energizing force of the biasing means 32. In accordance with the moves of the operating member 29, the operating member 29 is engaged by the other end part 36c of the helical torsion spring 36, and the member to be operated 28 is moved, and when the displacement volume of the operating member 29 becomes larger than that of the member to be operated 28, the other end 36c of the helical torsion spring 36 makes elasticity displacement. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the elastic force of a terminal within a limited space so that the terminal is hardly fatigued or broken by fitting and fixing an elastic battery contact terminal of cantilever structure to the battery contact surface side of a battery case from the outside of the battery case. SOLUTION: When a battery contact terminal 30 is mounted in a battery case 27, the terminal 30 is inserted in an arrowed direction K from the outside of the case 27, and the battery contact part is passed through terminal windows 31a, 31b provided on the case 27 and exposed to the inner part. The cut-up of the terminal 30 is fitted to the mounting groove 32 and cut-up receiving window 33 of the case 27 to prevent the dropping-out, whereby a battery housing device 21 is formed. The tongue piece part including the battery contact part of the terminal 30 can be designed sufficiently longer than in the past, elastic force can be increased so that the breakage or fatigue by the change with the lapse of time is hardly caused. The number of part item of the terminal 30 can be reduced, whereby the miniaturization and space saving of the device can be attained.

SOLUTION: The push-button mechanism 71 is provided with an operating button 72 with a locking part 72c formed in protrusion around an operating part 72a swollen, a presser body 72b formed inside the operating part 72a, and the operating part 72a arranged to face an outside from the inside of an outer case 35 through an opening formed at the case 35, a switching substrate 73 mounting a switching element 73a pressed by the presser body 72b, and an elastic body 74 arranged between the switching button 72 and the switching substrate 73, and biasing the operating button toward a direction in which the operating part 72a is protruded outside from the opening. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To aim at downsizing and weight saving of a battery housing apparatus used for a portable electronic equipment. SOLUTION: A battery case 3 is made engaged in an arrow mark direction with a terminal block 2 with a cathode terminal 4 and an terminal 5 set on one side face with a given interval to form the battery housing apparatus 10. Further, a cathode 7 and an anode 8 are set continuously folded back from one end part to a bottom face of a battery 6 with a given interval, the battery 6 is inserted into the battery housing apparatus 10, and the cathode terminal 4 and the anode terminal 5 are adhered with the cathode 7 and the anode 8, respectively, which enables to get a stable voltage without contact failure due to vibration, shock, or the like. It is also possible to prevent an adverse effect on an electric circuit in case of reverse insertion of the battery. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the using convenience of an opening/closing apparatus by using an oil damper without increasing its size. SOLUTION: In the opening/closing apparatus, there are provided a rotational element 41 which is made rotatable with respect to a supporting chassis 20 provided in a case body 3, and is rotated correspondingly to opening/closing operations of a cover 4; an energizing means 40 which energizes the rotational element in the direction of releasing the cover 4; and an oil damper 27 which has a casing 28 filled with a viscous fluid 30, has a rotating shaft 29 protruded partially from the casing and rotated with respect to the casing, and controls the rotating speed of the rotational element. Further, a portion of the oil damper is so engaged with the supporting chassis as to support it by the supporting chassis.
