Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain a predetermined height of a sealed portion and to assure the sealing when a plurality of chip electrodes, a board electrode and a wire material are wrapped to be sealed by a resin sealing agent in a method and a structure for sealing a wire-bonded portion of a semiconductor chip. SOLUTION: An outer periphery protruding section 20 is formed by a first resin sealing agent A such that the periphery of the wire-bonded portion where plurality of chip electrodes of the semiconductor chip 4 and a plurality of board electrodes 15 of a circuit board are connected with the wire material 17 is surrounded by the section having a predetermined height. After that, the chip electrode 9, the board electrode 15 and the wire material 17 are wrapped to be sealed by a second resin sealing material B at the inner side of the outer periphery protruding section 20. Consequently, a predetermined height of the sealed portion can be attained and the sealing can be assured. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform focusing at high speed by correcting the deviation of an optical axis caused by the switching of an objective lens. SOLUTION: An automatic focus control unit includes: a first light-emitting element 42 which irradiates a sample 3 with laser beam through one objective lens 2 selected from among a plurality of objective lenses 2; a line sensor 47 which receives light reflected from the sample 3 by a part of a plurality of arranged light-receiving elements; a second light-emitting element 49 which irradiates another part of the plurality of arranged light-receiving elements with LED light; a slit member 50 which sequentially extends the irradiation area of the second light-emitting element 49 over the plurality of light-receiving elements; a shifting mechanism 48 which shifts the line sensor 47 in the arrangement direction of the light-receiving elements; and a controller 15 which registers the light-receiving elements irradiated with the second light-emitting element 49 when the sample 3 is focused by the selected objective lens 2 and a received light quantity, in accordance with the selected objective lens 2 and controls the position of the line sensor 47 from a registered value, when the objective lens 2 is used again. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a user to appreciate contents continuously also during movement. SOLUTION: A content server 10 and a reproducing device 20 are installed in a living room 2, and a reproducing device 30 is installed in a study 3. A reproducing device 40 is installed in a bedroom 4. The reproducing devices 20, 30, 40 are provided with detectors 29, 39, 49 for detecting whether the user is within a specified area to each of the reproducing devices 20, 30, 40. Consequently, when detecting that the user has moved into the study 3 from the living room 2, the content server 10 switches a state of transmitting data to the reproducing device 20 to reproduce the contents, over to a state of transmitting data to the reproducing device 30 to reproduce the contents. When the user goes out, the content server 10 connects with a portable device 50 through the Internet and transmits data to the portable device 50 to reproduce the contents. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio transmission path for keeping almost the same safety as a wire line network, by compensating vulnerability of WEP (Wired Equivalent Privacy) in which the key will be inferred if it is used for a long time. SOLUTION: Encryption with a WEP key has vulnerability because the key will be guessed if the same key is used for a long time. But if it is said conversely, risk of decode can be easily avoidable by changing the WEP key at every fixed time interval. If unfair accesses are detected which exceed a number of prescribed threshold value, or if it goes over a lifetime set according to the setting of the WEP key, an access point drives a procedure for changing the WEP key automatically, or a warning is emitted for demanding the user to change the WEP key. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the processing load of a secondary diagnostic apparatus in a wide area network. SOLUTION: A primary diagnostic apparatus 4 performs the primary diagnosis of an electronic apparatus on the basis of environmental information transmitted from the electronic apparatus without intermediary of an internet 5, performs a secondary diagnosis the electronic apparatus on the basis of its environmental information by transmitting the environmental information to a secondary diagnostic apparatus 7 through the internet 5 when a secondary diagnosis different from the primary diagnosis is required, receives the secondary diagnostic result through the internet 5, can thereby avoid the concentration of inquiry of the secondary diagnosis to the many electronic apparatuses to the secondary diagnostic apparatus 7, and can thus avoid the increase in the processing load in the case of the secondary diagnosis to the secondary diagnostic apparatus 7 in the network 5. Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve reliability in execution of diagnoses. SOLUTION: The environmental information and identification information can be surely transmitted from the client terminal 2 to the environmental information acquisition server 4 while managing the environmental information by using the identification information by memorizing temporarily current environmental information in response to an input signal when requesting transmission of environmental information at a client terminal 2; transmitting identification information together with temporarily memorized environmental information to an environmental information acquisition server 4 when being capable of communicating with the environmental information acquisition system and registering the environmental information in association with the identification information in the environmental information acquisition server 4, identifying the environmental information by the environmental information acquisition server 4. Thus, improvement of reliability for execution of its diagnoses can be achieved by surely making a diagnosis of the client terminal 2 on the basis of contents of the environmental information identified with the identification information. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a network connection supporting device for automatically connecting a communication unit to a network without imposing any labor on a user. SOLUTION: A portable telephone set 2 acquires network connection setting information from an ISP server 5 through a network 4, and transmits the network connection setting information through inter-unit communication to a communication unit 7. Thus, it is possible to make the communication unit 7 automatically set network connection without imposing on a user any labor to separately prepare a non-contact IC card in which the network connection setting information is stored. Therefore, it is possible to automatically connect the communication unit 7 to the network without imposing any labor on the user. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
