    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an undesired control command from being transmitted in the case that a device to be controlled is controlled through a communication channel. SOLUTION: A photographed image 100 transmitted from an image pickup device is displayed on a display section of the controller to which the image pickup device that is a device to be controlled through a communication channel and a menu with buttons 101-104 for tilting and panning is displayed around the image 100. Then corresponding control commands are transmitted sequentially in the operation in this order and the display color of the button corresponding to the control command whose execution is finished is restored to the original display color.
