Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize satisfactory mechanical strength while contriving a further reduction in both size and weight of a device itself. SOLUTION: The device is provided with an upper half 44 and a lower half 62, a frame body 22 and a circuit board 38 with rigidity to be attached to one surface side of the frame body 22 formed almost as large as the frame body 22. The upper half 44 and the lower half 62 hold the frame body 22 between and are arranged to cover the frame body 22. Since the circuit board 38 with rigidity is attached to the frame body 22, rigidity of the frame body 22 is improved and mechanical strength is reinforced.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To contrive miniaturization of a device itself and protection of an electronic circuit in the device body. SOLUTION: A recording and/or reproducing part has a first circuit substrate 30 having a ground electric potential part. A cover body 44 has a second circuit substrate 53 provided on the recording/reproducing part to rotate freely and be connected to the first circuit substrate 38, and a shield member 51 to be connected to the ground electric potential part. A metal holder 16 is provided to be rotated in conjunction with the lid body 44 and to move between positions, where a recording medium is mounted to the recording/reproducing part and separated from the recording/reproducing part. A grounding member, which has an engaging part to engage with the shield member 51, and an abutting part to abutt against the holder 16, is connected to the shield member 51, and urges the lid body 44 in the rotating direction from the device body. Thereby, the first and second circuit substrates 38 and 53 are always grounded to prevent the device body from being charged with static electricity.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure the area of button face as wise as possible even for an operating button having a limited operating face by providing a supporting part rising continuously from the fixing frame part, providing a button part continuously at the forward end of the supporting part and arranging the button part three-dimensionally with respect to the fixing frame part. SOLUTION: A button member 16 comprises five button parts 17a-17e receiving an operating force, five supporting parts 18a-18e for supporting them resiliently at one end, and a fixing frame part 19 for supporting them at the other end. Since the first through fifth button parts 17a-17e are arranged three- dimensionally with respect to the fixing frame part 19, surface area of the button part 17a-17e, i.e., the size of the button face, can be set to have a projection area substantially equal to the size of the fixing frame part 19. Consequently, the size of a button receiving an operating force can be set as large as possible so that original design requirements are satisfied within the limit of size of the operating face.
