Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water resistant floor material allowing a pet to less slip thereon and watery stain such as excreta to be less penetrate therein. SOLUTION: In this floor material formed by laminating decorative sheets on the surface thereof, a dynamic coefficient of friction between the surface of the decorative sheet and synthetic fibers is 0.2 to 0.7, thermoplastic resin beads with a glass transition point of 0 to 25°C and thermoplastic resin beads with a glass transition point of -25 to 0°C are added to the surface of the decorative sheet, and polyamide resin fibers are used as the synthetic fibers. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a covering material for reforming a window frame, which is free from a fear of separation thereof in summer, and to provide a method of attaching the covering material. SOLUTION: The covering material for reforming the window frame is formed of a resin substrate, and at least a pattern layer and a surface protective layer laminated on the resin substrate. The resin substrate has a thickness of 1 to 5 mm, and has a heat resistant adhesive layer arranged on a rear surface thereof. The heat resistant adhesive layer is implemented by sticking a heat resistant double-faced adhesive tape to the rear surface of the substrate as appropriate. Further a section of the covering material to be attached to the window frame is cut beforehand, which is then attached to the existing window frame. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor member capable of suppressing upsurge of floor members, although floor members can move relatively in the direction of long side mutually in a short side part to absorb dimensional change due to expansion and contraction in the direction of long side of floor member, and preventing occurrence of ugliness due to extreme difference in an interval of a clearance in the short side part and competitive rise in a section where there is no clearance. SOLUTION: An upper side projection part 2 composed of a thin wall part 21 on a root side and a thick wall part 22 on an end fringe side is formed in such a way that its upper face becomes flush with a general upper face of a basic material 1 whose outer shape is substantially like a long rectangular plate on a short side on one side of the basic material. A lower side projection part 3 composed of a thin wall part 31 on a root side and a thick wall part 32 on an end fringe side is formed in such a manner that its lower face becomes flush with a general lower face of the basic material on a short side on the other side. Dimension of each part is set within a predetermined scope. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wall surface panel having a fitting portion, which is for use in a wall surface of a building including a house, a shop, an office, a kindergarten, a nursery school, an elderly people nursing facility, and a hospital, the wall surface panel being light in weight, excellent in surface strength, stain resistance, and scratch resistance, low in VOC (volatile organic compound), easy and efficient to mount/dismount, and excellent in recyclability, and to provide a method of erecting the wall surface panel. SOLUTION: The wall surface panels each having the fitting portion function to cover an almost vertical wall surface of the building, by jointing the plurality of wall surface panels together on a lower bearing member. The lower bearing member is formed of a metal, and each wall surface panel having the fitting portion is formed of a single thermoplastic resin or a compound having a resin-based substrate or a metal-based substrate. The method of erecting the wall surface panel is applicable to covering the almost vertical wall surface of the building with the panels. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction structure of a decorative member, easy in construction, easily partially replacing the decorative member, superior in watertightness and durability of a connecting part, and easy in recycling use of a waste material. SOLUTION: This construction structure of the decorative member 1 is formed by fitting and installing a connecting member 2 having an upward projection part 22 on both sides of a bottom plate part 21 between a reverse surface recessed groove part 12 of the adjacent decorative member 1, by arranging a large number in the width direction with the decorative member 1 having the reverse surface recessed groove part 12 in a linear shape on a base material reverse surface along both end parts in the width direction of a decorative member base material 11, and having an outside end projection part 13 having a lower end part projecting downward in the thickness higher than a level of a reverse surface of the decorative member base material 11 on both end part sides of the reverse surface recessed groove part 12. The decorative member base material 11 and the connecting member 2 are mainly composed of a thermoplastic resin of the mutually same system. Preferably, the decorative member base material 11 is mainly composed of an olefinic resin, and the connecting member 2 is mainly composed of olefine-based thermoplastic elastomer. Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative sheet which ensures sufficient decorative appearance of joint-like grooves, that is comparable to the decorative appearance of a conventional wooden flooring material, and is stably produceable, and to provide a method of producing the dressing sheet, and a floor material using the dressing sheet. SOLUTION: The dressing sheet 1 is produced by forming patterned grooves inclusive of at least the joint-like grooves 126 in a longitudinal direction and a direction B orthogonal to the same, in a surface of a long sheet substrate 11, and filling a coloring agent 13 in the patterned grooves. Herein a depth of the joint-like grooves 12b in the longitudinal direction and the direction B orthogonal to the same is set to 50 to 80 μm, and an opening width of the same is set to 0.7 to 1.2 mm. Thus when the coloring agent 13 is filled in the patterned grooves in the longitudinal direction A according to a wiping method, the coloring agent 13 can be also sufficiently filled in the joint-like grooves 12b in the direction B orthogonal to the longitudinal direction. Further the joint-like grooves in the direction B have sufficient width, and therefore the entire patterned grooves stably exhibit sufficient decorative appearance as the joint-like grooves.
