A transparent ethylene/vinyl alcohol copolymer resin film is used as a protective sheet 14 and the protective layer 14 is thermally laminated to the surface of the printing ink layer 12 provided on the sheet 11 by a thermal laminating embosser and embossing is applied to the sheet 14 at the same time to form cavity groups 15 of vessel patterns on the surface of the protective sheet 1. The obtained laminated decorative sheet 10 having the cavity groups 15 has an excellent design feeling in cooperation with the printed grain patterns and the cavity groups 15 of the vessel patterns.
