Abstract: PURPOSE:To enable the high speed rotation of a rotor by preventing the destruction at the interface between the rotor and a boss, by forming the rotor from a composite material of a resin or a metal and a reinforcing fiber and connecting the rotor and the boss through a buffer material. CONSTITUTION:A rotor 1 has a rotor element 2 and boss 5 and 8 cell insert holes 4 positioned so as to provide an equal distance from a rotary axis X and arranged around the axis X at equal intervals are provided to the rotor element 2 by drilling. The boss 5 is equipped with axial bore 6 for mounting a drive shaft 3 and the rotor element 2 is integrally connected to the boss 5 through a buffer material 7. In this case, the rotor element 2 comprises a fiber reinforced resin (FRP), a fiber reinforced thermoplastic resin (FRTP) or a reinforced metal (FRM) and the boss 5 is molded from FRP, FRTP or FRM like the rotor element 2. The buffer material 7 is made of, for example, a composite material of a high toughness resin and cloth.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain excellent durability by providing a reinforcing member piercing in the thickness direction of a core member so as to be integrated with skin members in a sandwich structure with the core member held between the skin members made of FRP. SOLUTION: Skin members 2 are formed of thin plates mainly composed of FRP so as to hold rigidity, and a core member 4 is held between the skin members 2 to form a sandwich structure body 1. A reinforcing member 3 integrated with the skin members 2 is provided so as to form such structure that both faces and end parts of the sandwich structure body 1 are integrated to wrap the core member 4 so as not to be exposed. The skin members 2 and reinforcing part 3 are formed of thermosetting resin such as polyester resin or vinyl ester resin reinforced with reinforced fiber such as glass fiber, and the core member 4 is formed of water resistant wood, acrylic or polyurethane. The sandwich structure body lightweight and excellent in handling performance can therefore be obtained.

Furthermore, there are provided a sheet piece laminating mechanism E for stacking the adhesive sheet pieces 2a carried with the mechanism D onto the pallet 29 with a change in rotary phase, according to the prescribed sequence, and a residual separating sheet detecting mechanism G for detecting whether a broken residue of the separating sheet 3 remains in the sheet 2.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce weight so as to improve handleability by integrally arranging a supporting column part and an arm part bent and extended from the supporting column part in molding of a FRP-made bent supporting post suitable for various building structures and for a supporting post for an advertisement, a sign, or the like. SOLUTION: An FRP-made bent supporting post 1 is molded by integrally arranging a supporting column part 2 and an arm part 3 bent and extended from the supporting column part 2. In this process, a reinforced fiber base material is arranged around a core material having a resin flow passage formed on the surface so as to be inserted into a die having a bent cavity, and then, the inside of the die is evacuated and resin is injected so as to be scattered on the surface of the reinforced fiber base material and so as to be impregnated into the reinforced fiber base material, and consequently, the supporting column part 2 and the arm part 3 are molded integrally. In this kind of the FRP-made bent supporting post 1, a flange member 4 used for mounting and fixing it to a base or the like is arranged in the lower end part of the supporting column part 2 desirably. The flange member 4 is molded separately from the supporting column part 2, and then, connected to the supporting column part 2 by adhesion or fastening.
