Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid plate crease from occurring in printed matter obtained by stencil printing by constituting a porous carrier with thermoplastic resin fiber being elliptic in cross section at laminating a thermoplastic resin film and a porous carrier consisting of thermoplastic resin fiber having no adhesive therebetween. SOLUTION: In constituting a thermal stencil printing base paper by laminating a thermoplastic resin film and a porous carrier consisting of thermoplastic resin fiber without using an adhesive, the thermoplastic resin fiber forming the porous carrier is made elliptic in cross section. In addition, the thermoplastic, resin fiber is made about 1.2 or more with respect to a ratio of A/B in its major axis A and minor axis B in cross section. By making the fiber cross section of the porous carrier elliptic in this way, fiber becomes hard to kind and thereby the flexibility of paper is strengthened, thus improving its crease resistivity. As such, printed matter obtained stencil printing by the use of thermal stencil printing paper has no plate creases, and thus adhesive the improvement of an imaging property.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a handling property during transportation, plate attachment to a print form cylinder at the time of being used as a base paper in particular, and the like by specifying the curvature dependent index of a bending torque in a plane composite body of a film and non-woven fabric useful for thermosensible stencil printing base paper or the like. SOLUTION: The plane composite body is that a plastic film and plastic non-woven fabric are adhered via no adhesive agent, and formed that the curvature dependent index R of a bending torque of the plane composite body is made 1.2 or more. Also, the plane composite body is formed having a thickness of 200 μm or less and a maximum bending toque F10 of 0.1 gf.cm/cm or more. For joining the plastic film and plastic non-woven fabric by no means of an adhesive, a compression method and so forth is employed preferably. In addition, the plastic film used herein is preferably to be a polyester film, and for the plastic non-woven fabric, polyester non-woven fabric is preferably used in particular.

SOLUTION: Glossiness of film surface of base sheet for thermal stencil printing made of film of polyester containing constituents containing mainly aromatic dicarboxylic acid using terephthalic acid, or isophthalic acid, aliphatic dicarboxylic acid using adipic acid, sebacic acid, or dodecanedionic acid or alicyclic dicarboxylic acid using 1,4-cyclohexanedicarboxylic acid, ethyleneglycol, neopentylglycol as well as porous support is set to 30% or more. Thus, perforating properties of thermal head plate can be improved, and irregularity of perforating shape can be reduced.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve hole formation performance by a thermal head or the like and printing clearness, particularly, printing-resistant properties thereby to eliminate curls, by constituting a porous supporting body of at least two layers of thermoplastic resin fibers and a thin sheet and, bonding a thermoplastic resin film and a supporting body layer without interposing an adhesive. SOLUTION: A porous supporting body is constituted of at least two supporting body layers of thermoplastic resin fibers and a thin sheet. In the supporting body layer of thermoplastic resin fibers, a binder or a fixing agent, etc., is not used, but the fibers mutually melt at interlacing point and form a net-like body. Particularly, a thin film is formed at a part of the melting part. Therefore, the fibers of the supporting body are not shrunken or untwined by an organic solvent or water, etc., included in a printing ink, thus maintaining superior shape stability and a uniform shape of holes on a film face. Moreover, no warping is brought about even after a plurality of sheets are printed.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent wrinkles from being generated in a carrying system by bonding together a polyester film contg. an org. sulfonate with a specified range of wt. part to a polyester and a polyester non-woven fabric with a specified range of mean fiber diameter without using an adhesive. SOLUTION: A polyester film wherein 0.01-5 pts.wt. org. sulfonate which is sodium dodecyl sulfonate or a compd. wherein this sodium ion is replaced with phosphonium ion or ammonium ion are incorporated to 100 pts.wt. polyester such as polyethylene terephthalate and a copolymer of ethylene terephthalate and ethylene isophthalate, and a polyester non-woven fabric with a mean fiber diameter of 1-20μm are bonded together without using an adhesive. It is possible thereby to prevent refuses from sticking during manufacturing process and storage and wrinkles from being generated in a carrying system in an apparatus during use.

The mean fiber size of the fiber forming the nonwoven fabric is set to a range of 1 to 15μm. The tensile elastic modulus of the base sheet in its lengthwise direction is preferably 0.20kg/cm or more.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To improve vividness of images and prevent generation of offset by a method wherein a porous support body made of a thermoplastic resin fiber having predetermined aperture face integration ratio and aperture average diameter is layered on a thermoplastic resin film. CONSTITUTION:A porous support body consisting of a thermoplastic resin fiber such as a polyester and having 5-80% of aperture face integration ratio and 5-100mum of aperture average diameter is layered on a thermoplastic resin film such as the polyester so as to form a thermal mimeographing base paper. In the thermoplastic resin fiber, a flame retarder, a heat stabilizer, an antioxidant, and an ultraviolet absorbent can be mixed. When the aperture face integration ratio is 5% or lower, ink permeability is low. When it is 80% or higher, ink retentive property lowers. When the average diameter is 5mum or less, the ink permeability is low, and the ink retentive property lowers when the average diameter is 100mum or more.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To improve surface smoothness, thermal characteristics and mechanical characteristics by constituting both surface layer parts of an extremely thin composite continuous sheet of PPS having specific thickness or more and constituting the inner layer thereof of a composite layer of PPS and a glass fiber fabric and setting the degree of crystallization of PPS to specific % or more and the crystal size thereof due to X-rays diffraction thereof to a specific value or more. CONSTITUTION:An extremely thin composite continuous sheet consist of PPS and a glass fiber fabric having a monofilament diameter of 10mum or less and containing 20000/in or more of glass fibers and has a thickness of 100mum or less. Both surface layer parts of the extremely thin composite continuous sheet is composed of a single PPS layer of which the thickness is at least 1/10 or more that of the sheet and the inner layer part thereof is constituted of a composite layer of PPS and a glass fiber fabric and the degree of crystallization of PPS is 40% or more and the crystal size thereof due to X-rays diffraction is 60nm or more. By this constitution, the extremely thin composite continuous sheet for a printed wiring board excellent in surface smoothness and thermal characteristics is obtained.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To provide the laminate excellent in wiping capacity and easily catching the extremely fine contaminant bonded to the surface of a magnetic head by thermally bonding a resin sheet and an extremely fine fiber knitted fabric by a resin film having an m.p. lower than the m.p. of the resin sheet and that of the extremely fine fiber knitted fabric. CONSTITUTION:A cleaning card 1 consists of a plate shaped resin sheet 2 and the extremely fine fiber knitted fabric 3 and resin film 4 laminated on the surface of the resin sheet 2. The extremely fine fiber knitted fabric 3 is composed, for example, of a nylon 6 fiber, a nylon 66 fiber or a polyester fiber but pref. composed of the polyester fiber and constituted of extremely fine fibers with a denier of 0.2-0.00001. Since the extremely fine fibers are entangled not only within fiber bundles but also between fiber bundles by applying water jet punching to the extremely fine fibers and shrinkage can be generated in the fibers, sufficient expansion can be applied to the fabric and, as a result, the dense and flexible fabric can be obtained.
