Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vapor deposition biaxially oriented polyester film which can stably develop excellent gas barrier performance and moistureproof performance even if a deposited layer is thin. SOLUTION: At least one side of a biaxially oriented polyester film satisfies expressions, 0.1 nm and SRa/SPc>=0.23 nm/piece, wherein SRa is a center surface average roughness and SPc is the number of ridges. A deposited layer of 5-150 nm thickness is provided on a surface thereof.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a biaxially drawn laminated polyester film with excellent weatherability, excellent transparency and good color appearance (transparent). SOLUTION: A biaxially drawn laminated polyester film consisting of a layer A and a layer B is provided and 0.01-10 wt.% ultraviolet light absorber is incorporated in at least one layer (the layer A) and thickness of the layer A contg. the ultraviolet light absorber is at least 1/2 of the thickness of the whole laminated polyester film and the whole haze (on 25 μm basis) is at most 2.5%.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite film capable of using a polyester resin once used in extrusion as a raw material of good quality of a film without disusing and burning the same as industrial waste to sufficiently subject the recovered raw material to practical use. SOLUTION: A composite film has at least two layers of a layer A containing N1 foreign matters with a long diameter of 100 μm or more and a layer B containing N2 foreign matters with a long diameter of 100 μm or more and satisfies formula (l); N1>3 pieces/m2 and formula (2); N1-N2>=3 pieces/m2. The surface roughness ARa of the layer A and the surface roughness BRa of the layer B pref. satisfy formula (3); ARa>BRa and formula (4); ARa>20 nm.
