Abstract: PURPOSE:To provide the subject sheet suppressed in developing streaky hit marks and improved in its surface smoothness and appearance, etc. CONSTITUTION:A nozzle head 3 jetting highly pressurized fluid onto a fibrous sheet 2 traveling in a given direction is retreatably supported in its axial direction by swinging bearings 7, 8; in jetting such fluid, a swinging instruction is delivered from a control unit 16 to an actuator 4 to put the nozzle head 3 to reciprocating motion with uneven amplitudes in such a direction as to cross over the traveling direction for the fibrous sheet 2. Therefore, the turnback points for the nozzle head 3 get uneven, avoiding, the development of streaky hit marks on the sheet, thus affording the objective fiber-interlaced sheet excellent in surface smoothness and low in mechanical strength and appearance unevennesses etc.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To perform taping automatically in a short timed by a method wherein a carriage stand to which a tape sending-up device to a wholly winding-up mandrel side is mounted and a fixing device which is provided with a traverse device of the carriage stand and fixes a sending-out end of the tape to a mandrel are provided. CONSTITUTION:In a tape feed and traverse device 16, a tape carriage stand 17 on which a tape sending-out unit 60 is mounted is traversed along a shaft of a wholly winding up mandrel 14a. The tape sending-out unit 60 possesses a tape end fixing device 69 provided with a pin driving-in device 70 and when the tape carriage stand 17 approaches the wholly winding-up mandrel 14a and the tape 61 which is in course of stopping comes into contact with its surface, a pin in a pin stocker 70c is driven into a resin impregnated thread line layer on the wholly winding-up mandrel 14a and a tape end is fixed to its surface. Then the pin driving-in device 70 is moved backward, the tape sending-out unit 60 is traversed in parallel with a shaft of the mandrel 14a and the tape 61 is wound up around the mandrel.
