    Abstract: PURPOSE:To enable the re-utilization of an article by perfectly removing a cured film comprising an org. compound, by immersing the article made of a resin having the cured film in an aqueous surfactant solution before immersing the same in an alkali aqueous solution. CONSTITUTION:In removing the cured film applied to an article made of a resin as surface processing for enhancing the function of said article or the film adhered to a holding jig at the time of various coating processings, the article is at first immersed in an aqueous surfactant solution. The aqueous surfactant solution in this case is prepared by dissolving one or more of an anionic, noionic or cationic surfactant in water. Next, the article after treatment is immersed in an alkali aqueous solution of lithium hydroxide, sodium hydroxide or ammonia to perfectly remove the adhered substance without imparting damage to the article.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To provide a lens which is highly resistant to weather and light and is effective particularly for decreasing the yellowing when irradiated with UV rays by coating a transparent film having a specific value or below of coeff. of oxygen permeability on the surface of the high refractive index resin lens having an arom. ring at the main chain and/or side chain. CONSTITUTION:The composite body is obtd. by coating the transparent film consisting mainly of the org. polymer having cm .cm/cm .sec.cmHg coefft. of oxygen permeability on the surface of the high refractive index resin lens having the arom. ring at the main chain and/or side chain. PVA, polyvinyl acetate and cellulose are preferably used for the ease of the film formation as the more specific examples of the transparent material to be used. There is substantially no effect of the coating and the improvement in the light resistance is not expected if the coefft. of the oxygen permeability of the org. polymer used for coating exceeds 100X10 cm .cm/cm .sec.cmHg. The transparent film having cm .cm/cm .sec.cmHg is further preferable in order to provide the effect with the thinnest possible film.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To realize an ultrasonic transducer which has high watertightness, wear resistance, durability and electric stability by sequentially laminating an electrode, a surface additional film and a hard coat film on a piezoelectric film or a plate. CONSTITUTION:The operation surface side of the electrode 4, the surface additional film 5 and the hard coat film 6 are sequentially laminated on the piezoelectric film or the plate 3.     Abstract: PURPOSE:To manufacture a plastic lens having satisfactory dying properties, no omission of color, and high refractive index by dipping aromatic group- containing thermoplastic resin having a hard coating film in specific dying solution to dye it, and then providing a reflection preventive film made of inorganic material. CONSTITUTION:An aromatic group-containing thermoplastic resin having a silicon hard coating film is dipped in dying solution which contains at least 0.01-50pts.wt. of organic solvent having an aromatic ring and 0.01-10pts.wt. of dye in 100pts.wt. of water in liquid composition to dye it. The dye is suitably selected according to the type of the resin, and uses dispersing dye, basic dye, acidic die, etc. After dying, a reflection preventive film made of inorganic material is further provided on the hard coating film. Substance for forming the preventive film preferably includes substantially high hardness inorganic material, such as metal or semimetal oxide, fluoride, etc. The formation of the film is conducted by a vacuum depositing method, a sputtering method, an ion plating method, etc.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain a lens element having uniform transparent conductive film of excellent bonding strength by a method in which an organosiloxane-based film is provided on the surface of a plastic Fresnel lens and a transparent conductive film is provided on the organopolysiloxane film. CONSTITUTION:An organopolysiloxane film is formed on the surface of a plastic Fresnel lens, and a transparent conductive film is formed on the organopolysiloxane film. The plastics to be used include any type of transparent ones which are suitable for Fresnel lens, and the preferred thickness of the organopolysiloxane film is 10-20mum from the standpoints of obtaining a good bonding strength to the base material and the transparent conductive film. The base material may also be coated with an adequate composition according to the kinds. As the transparent conductive film, an In-Sn oxide capable of providing high transparency and low surface resistance may be cited preferably, and the film of a thickness of 3-500mum is preferably formed by DC sputtering.
