Abstract: A method for reduction of sprayed titanium-based material from primary state to treated one consists of quick heating and quick cooling. Heating is carried out from the first temperature to the second temperature, at that the first temperature is lower than -transus, and the second temperature is higher than -transus. Cooling is carried out from the second temperature to the third temperature which is lower than the equilibrated -transus.
