SOLUTION: The wearing type treatment implement comprises a treatment means positioned adjacent to a patient near the skin, at least a detector which is connected to the treatment implement and detects the motion of the patient to generate a signal for detecting the motion of the patient, and at least a control device for estimating the signal from the detector to judge whether or not the signal indicates the motion of the patient in need for treatment. Accelerometers 16 and 17 allow detection of the posture/motion of the patient and the pressure loaded on the patient, and at least a patient motion detector can be used to generate a signal for indicating the motion of the patient, which signal can be analyzed to indicate whether or not the motion of the patient is suitable for treatment.
