PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a situation in which an operation device incorrectly operates other operation target devices than an operation target device, in an environment of the operation device communicable with a plurality of operation target devices through a wireless LAN.SOLUTION: In a pairing step S100, an operation target device SK verifies coincidence between an authentication random number displayed on a display device and a random number input to an operation device SP, and if both are coincident, a public key of the operation target device SK is transferred to the operation device SP. In an activation step S200, the operation device SP requesting the operation target device SK to activate verifies whether a genuine public key of the operation target device SK is held. If the genuine public key is held, a session key is shared between the operation device SP and the operation target device SK. In a secure communication step S300, communication between the devices is performed using the session key.

A system for installation in a vehicle and for controlling a device, the system including a trainable transceiver, communications electronics, and a processing circuit coupled to the trainable transceiver and the communications electronics. The processing circuit is configured to train the trainable transceiver to control a device using information received from a cloud computing system remote from the device and vehicle via the communications electronics.

An apparatus for radio-controlled automation systems for opening/closing curtains, entrance doors, rolling shutters, gates, barriers, electrical switches or the like, comprising a radio receiver which is coupled to an electric motor or to an electrical switch for operating the opening/closure and/or switching on/off and comprising at least one radio transmitter for the remote actuation of the opening/closure, the radio receiver comprising actuation means for actuating the electric motor or the electrical switch on the basis of the content of an actuation radio signal which originates from the at least one radio transmitter, the radio receiver comprising a nonvolatile memory which stores a certificate which identifies the radio receiver and is adapted to provide an authorization to perform any operation at the radio receiver, the actuation means comprising stored instructions to perform the operation if the actuation signal that originates from the radio transmitter comprises, in encoded form, the certificate in addition to a recognition code of the radio transmitter and a control code which corresponds to the operation to be performed.
