Abstract: 一种带有双排定位导槽的CQFP封装形式老化插座,插座上盖和插座下盖通过套有弹簧的连接轴连接。插座下盖包括插座下盖座体和四个浮动板,四个浮动板沿插座下盖座体中心对称布置,每个浮动板上均设置有一排插座导针和两排插座定位导槽,插座导针的数量、位置和电路芯片的引腿一一对应,两排插座定位导槽中的每个插座定位导槽对应一个插座导针,方便电路引腿放置到相应插座导针上面,避免发生错位现象。插座下盖和插座上盖通过扣紧部件扣紧。本发明由于采用双排定位导槽的方式,避免了引腿比较多,引线比较长,引腿间距为0.5mm的CQFP封装型式的电路在使用该类型插座时,电路引腿间短路造成失效的问题,提高了老化插座的可靠性。
