Abstract:
A system and method for snap-shooting the other party with high definition while a video call is performed between users are provided to enable a user to request the mobile terminal of the other party to snapshot, and then receive a high-definition image of the other party obtained through moment photography. While performing a video call with a mobile communication terminal(10b) of the other party, a mobile communication terminal(10a) of a user transmits a snapshot request message for requesting the terminal of the other party to perform a high definition snapshot to node-Bs(21, 31) through a control channel. A consent message showing approval for the corresponding snapshot request is received from the mobile terminal of the other party through the node-Bs. The mobile terminal of a user controls the camera direction and image specification in the terminal of the other party in real time, and then receives a high-definition image of the other party transmitted after snapshot is performed.

PURPOSE: A transmitting apparatus in a W-CDMA WLL system is provided to improve the telecommunication quality of a WLL service by reducing quality deterioration by fading at an in-building service. CONSTITUTION: A base-band data generator(10) generates base-band transmission data. A multiply(20) multiplies base-band transmission data by a diffusion code generated in a diffusion code generator(30) and outputs transmission data. A multi-delay part(40) delays transmission data outputted from the multiply(20) and outputs delayed data to a plurality of delaying units(41-41+n) having different delay level. A coupler(50) couples data outputted from the plurality of delaying units(41-41+n) of the multi-delay part(40) for outputting as final transmission data.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A data service method of WCDMA(Wideband Code Division Multiple Access) network and a system are provided to convert a subscriber terminal requesting data service with HSDPA type to data service using DCH of WCDMA network thereby effectively adjusting idle resources for data call setting. CONSTITUTION: A subscriber terminal transmits a RRC(Radio Resource Control) access request message to a RNC(Radio Network Controller)(S210). The RNC requests confirming existence of residual bandwidth for a HSDPA(High Speed Downlink Packet Access) service as a Node-B(S220). If a HSDPA exclusive FA(Frequency Assignment) is able to accept the subscriber terminal, the RNC establishes session for data transmission of the subscriber terminal and HSDPA type(S240,S242). The RNC transmits RRC connection refusal message to the subscriber terminal(S250). The subscriber terminal converts into data transfer mode using the DCH (Dedicated Channel)(S270).

PURPOSE: A dual mode terminal and a control method for reselecting the cell supporting WCDMA and GSM capable of preventing unnecessary ping-pong phenomenon in a cell reselect process are provided to supply a normal server to a user without reselecting the cell. CONSTITUTION: A condition decider(210) decides wether a selection condition for access to a second cell is coincident. A blocking decider(220) decides whether the frequency for the connection of the second cello and PSC(Primary Scrambling Code) is interrupted. A LA(Location Area) decider(230) decides whether it is included in the list of the location area in which the second cell.

A transmission control method of a communication system and an apparatus thereof are provided to reduce the time required for signal processing, and improve the error detection performance and the data traffic flow related to re-transmission in the W-CDMA based network. An RNC(420) takes charge of resource management, mobility management, encryption in a wireless communication system(400), and manages also one or more base stations(430). The base stations transmit or receive data between one or more relay stations and/or terminals(450) in the wireless communication system. The relay stations transmit or receive data between one or more base stations and/or terminals. The terminals transmit or receive data between one or more base stations and/or relay stations.

본 발명은 MBMS(Multi-media Broadcast Multi-cast Service) 호와 일반 호를 구분하여 호 수락 제어를 수행하도록 한 과부하 제어 방법에 관한 것으로, 인터넷 또는 이동 통신 단말기로부터 요청되는 호가 일반 호인지 또는 MBMS 호인지를 구분하여 각각의 호 시도 관련 정보를 수집하는 과정과; GSN(GPRS Support Node)이 과부하 상태인 경우에, 이전 구간에 수락한 호의 수를 확인하여 일반 호 및 MBMS 활성화에 대해서 다음 구간에 허용할 호의 수를 계산하는 과정과; 다음 구간에 예측한 MBMS 세션 스타트에 대한 허용 개수를 계산하여 MBMS 호 수락 제어 수로 결정하는 과정과; 상기 계산된 허용 호의 수에서 상기 MBMS 호 수락 제어 수를 감하여 다음 구간에 허용할 호의 수를 최종적으로 결정하는 과정과; 상기 최종 결정된 호의 수를 일정 시간으로 나누어 한 개의 일반 호를 수락할 최소 구간을 결정한 후에, 상기 MBMS 세션 스타트인지를 확인하는 과정과; 상기 MBMS 세션 스타트인 경우에, 상기 MBMS 호 수락 제어 수가 상기 MBMS 서비스 가입자의 수보다 작은지를 확인하여 호 수락을 불가함과 동시에 상기 MBMS 서비스 가입자의 수만큼 호 수락 수를 증가시키는 과정을 포함하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 함으로써, 과부하 상태의 WCDMA GSN의 호가 수락된 이후에는 부하가 최대가 되지 않도록 제한하여 해당 WCDMA GSN의 호 처리 성능 및 안정성을 향상시키며, 모든 MBMS 서비스 가입자가 공평한 서비스를 제공받을 수 있다.

PURPOSE: A method and an apparatus for assigning channel of a CPCH(Common Packet Channel) in a wideband code division multiple access are provided to actively assign the CPCH required for a user equipment in a base station and reduce time required for setting up the CPCH. CONSTITUTION: Each different CD(Collision Detection)-AICH(Access Preamble-Acquisition Indicator Channel) diffused to at least two first orthogonal codes, is received and modulated. A CA(Channel Assignment)-AICH diffused to a preliminarily appointed second orthogonal code corresponding to the first orthogonal code, is reversely diffused and modulated. Each different CD-AICH is transmitted to at least two first orthogonal codes. A CA-AICH is transmitted to the preliminarily appointed second orthogonal code corresponding to the first orthogonal codes.

PURPOSE: An adding circuit of a channel card is provided to easily extend channels easy by summing channel data, through adding sub adders as the number of modems when extending the channels, by subordinately connecting the sub adders corresponding to each modem in the channel card in a base station of a W-CDMA(Wideband Cord Division Multiple Access) communication system. CONSTITUTION: An adding circuit of a channel card in a base station of a W -CDMA(Wideband Cord Division Multiple Access) communication system capable of extending channels comprises a first sub adder(21), a second sub adder(22), a second to N sub adders(22-2N), and a sum adder(SA). The first sub adder(21) is connected by corresponding to many modem 1 to modem N(11-1N), adds two 12-bit signals of a first value '0' with a 12-bit signal outputted from a first modem(11), and outputs a 12-bit sum signal and a carry signal. The second sub adder(22) adds the 12-bit sum signal and the carry signal with a 12-bit signal outputted from a second modem(12), and outputs the 12-bit sum signal and the carry signal. The second to N sub adders(22-2N) adds the 12-bit sum signal and the carry signal outputted from the sub adder of the previous sub adders with a 12-bit signal outputted from a corresponding modem, and outputs the 12-bit signal and the carry signal. The sum adder(SA) adds a 12-bit signal and a carry signal outputted from an N sub adder(2N), and outputs an adding signal with a 12-bit to a D/A(Digital/Analog) converter.

PURPOSE: A method and a system for reducing signaling generated when a GAN(Generic Access Network) terminal move between E-UTRAN(Evolved UMTS Radio Access Network) network and GERAN(GPRS/EDGE Radio Access Network)/UTRAN(UMTS Radio Access Network) network are provided to receive receives call received through GANC(Generic Access Network Controller) at the terminal when the terminal exists in LTE(Long Term Evolution) area or GSM(Global System for Mobile communications)/WCDMA(Wideband Code Division Multiple Access) area. CONSTITUTION: A GAN(Generic Access Network) controller(117) transmits paging request message about receiving call received to circuit switching domain to packer switching domain. The terminal(110) receives the paging request message transmitted from the GAN controller. The terminal transmits the circuit switching domain through paging response message. The terminal receives received call through the GAN controller without location registration in a EPS network from WCDMA(Wideband Code Division Multiple Access)/GSM(Global System for Mobile communications) service area.

PURPOSE: An inter-frequency handover method which is not cut off using effective neighbor list broadcasting considering a cell resource in a network and a device thereof are provided to offer a mobile communication service which is not cut off in a cell boundary area by a mobile terminal. CONSTITUTION: A mobile terminal enters into a cell boundary(S210). A neighbor list considering a cell resource is generated(S220). A serving RNC receives signal strength about a corresponding frequency signal reported from the mobile terminal. In case the signal strength is bigger than a fixed critical value, the serving RNC decides hard handover to the frequency(S230). A radio link with a target cell receiving control of the target RNC is set up(S240).
