Abstract:
La chaíne de conditionnement comprend une machine (4) pour former un réceptacle ouvert (1) à partir d'un flan rainé (F1) et simultanément coller deux feuilles de film (311, 321) à l'intérieur du réceptacle (1). Le premier flan est transporté à partir d'une pile de flans (410) sur des glissières (416), encollé sous des buses (42) et positionné au-dessus d'une matrice (432) et au-dessous d'un poinçon (431) d'emboutissage. Des mâchoires aspirantes (4360) plaquent des extrémités de deux films contre des faces aspirantes (4311) du poinçon. En position basse du poinçon dans la matrice, les films sont coupés par des couteaux translatables (4370) pour obtenir les feuilles, puis sont déroulés pendant l'ascension du poinçon. La chaíne comprend également des moyens pour sceller et thermorétracter les feuilles au-dessus des produits contenus dans le réceptacle, et pour coiffer le réceptacle avec un couvercle obtenu à partir d'un flan rainé et encollé embouti dans une matrice dans laquelle monte le réceptacle en tant que poinçon.

The flaps form a longitudinally extending side seam (138) in the string, thus preventing the common problem of false loft in conventional mattress constructions.

A closure element for a container of fluids. The closure element (20) has a body (23) which is attached to an outlet of the container. The closure element includes a spout (24) which is movable between a position in which it prevents fluid flow through the spout and a position in which it allows such flow. The spout (24) is dimensioned so that it extends beyond the periphery of the body (23) in both its positions to facilitate attachment to a pipe (26).

An apparatus compresses and contains a material in an elastomeric net (26). The apparatus comprises a compression chamber (12), a material compressor (16), a holding chamber (18), a net expansion and placement mechanism (42), and a bale advance mechanism (20). The material compressor is coupled to the compression chamber to compress a selected amount of the fibrous material in a direction transverse to the general lay of the material within the compression chamber to form a compacted bale (10). The holding chamber has an axis defined by a line extending between the center of the inlet to the center of the outlet. The net expansion and placement mechanism is for receiving the net, stretching the net to obtain a cross-sectional shape that is slightly larger than that of the holding chamber, and placing the net over the holding chamber with one end of the net slightly extending beyond the outlet.

The double packings are obtained with two plates (20, 21) which are connected by central walls, from a single blank by bringing closer reciprocally both plates (20, 21), these plates being spaced one from the other at a starting position and formed from a single flat blank, until the formation of the central walls connected by a common fold is achieved. Then, the other outer walls are obtained by folding. Production, including filling and folding, is carried out either step-by-step with stop at the different working stations or in a continuous mode through appropriate devices.
