Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve cleaning efficiency of a rotary atomizing head by stably opening a check valve without exerting an influence on the change of the supply pressure of a cleaning fluid body. SOLUTION: A valve opening degree regulating member 23 for regulating the opening degree when the valve part of the check valve 22 is opened is provided to a position surrounding the check valve 22 opening and closing the cleaning fluid path 21 of a feed tube 17. The valve opening degree regulation member 23 can regulate the opening degree of the valve part of the check valve 22 to a proper degree even when the cleaning fluid material is vigorously supplied from the cleaning fluid path 21. As a result, the cleaning fluid is supplied in an optimum state and the rotary atomizing head 7 is efficiently cleaned.
