Abstract: A feed out container includes: a metal main body outer sleeve formed as a bottomed cylinder; a metal cylindrical inner member having a first portion provided within the interior of the main body outer sleeve and a second portion that constitutes an annular protrusion; an inner plate that holds a contained material; a lid body outer sleeve formed as a bottomed cylinder; a lid body inner sleeve provided within and in close contact with the interior of the lid body outer sleeve; and a feed out mechanism that moves the inner plate in an axial direction of the sleeve to feed out the contained material. At least one of a first O ring (31) that maintains an airtight seal between the lid body outer sleeve and the inner member and a second O ring fitted about the periphery of a portion of the inner member is provided.

Abstract: The object of the present invention is to suitably control a charging state of a human body all the time. A charging amount detection device 13 is worn by a human body and measures the surface potential of the human body. A static electricity control device 12 is worn by a human body and generates and discharges ions to the human body and thereby controls the static electricity on the human body. A mobile terminal 11 sets a control pattern of the static electricity on the human body that is suitable for a condition such as temperature and humidity for the static electricity control device 12 via short-range wireless communication. The static electricity control device 12 uses the set control pattern to perform feedback control of the static electricity on the human body by using the surface potential of the human body measured by the charging amount detection device 13.

Abstract: An oil-in-water emulsified sunblock cosmetic has excellent feeling when used and maintains a high ultraviolet-ray protective effect even upon contact with water or sweat. The oil-in-water emulsified sunblock cosmetic contains an (A) ultraviolet-ray protective agent and a (B) fatty acid forming a solid at room temperature, the cosmetic is characterized in that 51% or less of the fatty acid is neutralized, and the formulation ratio ((A)/(B) of the (A) ultraviolet-ray protective agent to the (B) fatty acid is in the range of at least 0.1 and less than 10.0. The cosmetic exhibits the unprecedented and surprising property of contact with water causing an improvement to the ultraviolet-ray protective ability. It is preferable for the cosmetic to contain an (C) oily component having IOB of 0.5 or higher.

Abstract: The purpose of the present invention is to provide a water-in-oil type emulsion cosmetic that has a replenishing and smooth feel-of-use, that, once applied, forms a uniform coating, and that can minimize the appearance of skin roughness such as pores while covering discoloration such as spots and freckles, but that does not give an impression of a thick coating. The present invention provides a water-in-oil type emulsion cosmetic characterized by containing (A) 0.1-20 mass % of metallic soap-treated powder, and (B) a water-absorptive polymer having 0.01-2 mass % of a carboxyl group. The (B) water-absorptive polymer having a carboxyl group of this cosmetic preferably can absorb 10-1,000 times its own weight.
