CONSTITUTION: An oriental herb medicine composition for cooking boiled meat slices comprises a first composition group for removing the stench of pork; and a second composition group for making the pork flesh tender. The first composition group comprises Cinnamomi Cortex or Perillae Herba. The second composition group comprises Licorice root or Puerariae Radix. The oriental herb medicine composition for cooking boiled meat slices further comprises a third composition group for providing an oriental herb medicinal effect to the pork. The third composition group includes at least among milk vetch root, Chinese matrimony vine, and Adenophorae Radix.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: Dried jujube fried with sunflower oil is provided to remove, boil, freeze and pack the seed of dried jujube. CONSTITUTION: Dried jujube fried with sunflower oil comprises the following steps. Dried jujube without seed is in an oven with a temperature of 50-85>= for 1-3 hours. The seasoned jujube is frozen for 2-5 hours at a temperature of -10>=--50>= and fried. Before the jujube is frozen, the jujube is dipped in a sugar solution 25-35 brix for 10 minutes to 1 hour. The jujube is fried with sunflower oil. The dried jujube without seed is dipped into water for 1-3 hours at a room temperature to make the dried jujube have the original shape. The dried jujube without seed is fresh red jujube. The frying process is carried out for 30-90 minutes at a temperature of 80-85>=.
