Abstract: PURPOSE:To improve appearance and dimensional accuracy by compounding cellulose powder of specific average grain sizes and high-performance water- reducing agents into a cementitious material. CONSTITUTION:The cellulose powder having 2 to 100mum average grain sizes is compounded at 10 to 10wt.% of the entire part of the compd. into the cementitious material, such as Portland cement, and >=1 kinds of the high- performance water-reducing agents among condensation product of naphthalene sulfonate and formaldehyde, polycarboxylate, refined lignin sulfonate and polystyrene sulfonate, is compounded at 0.6 to 3.0wt.% into the cement. Others, such as various kinds of intimate mixtures including lightweight aggregate, reinforcing fibers, surfactants, retardants, blast furnace slag, stone powder, etc., are compounded and kneaded into the above-mentioned compsn. at prescribed ratios, by which the cement compsn. for extrusion molded articles is obtd. This compsn. is then extruded by an extrusion molding machine mounted with a die at the front end, by which the molded structural body having the quality of excellent appearance and dimensional accuracy is obtd.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To reduce air bubbles by mixing a copolymer synthesized through polymerization of plural monomers each represented by a specified formula and/or its metal salt and a compound of a specified formula as the essential components. CONSTITUTION:A copolymer having 1000 to 1000000 weight-average molecular weight and/or its metal salt is obtained by polymerizing 10 to 99wt.% unsaturated bond-containing polyalkylene glycol monoester-based monomer represented by formula I [R3 to R4 are each H, methyl, (CH2)m2CO2M, formula II, etc.] and 90 to 1wt.% acrylic acid-and/or unsaturated dicarboxylic acid-based monomer represented by formula III or IV (AO is a 2 to 3C oxyalkylene; R5 and R8 are each H or methyl; R6 to R7 and R9 to R10 are each H, methyl, (CH2)m7 CO2M5; (m1 to m7) is each 0 to 2; (n1 to n5) is each 3 to 500; M3 and M5 are each H, a univalent metal, etc.; M4 and M6 are a divalent metal; X1 to X5 is H or a 1 to 3C alkyl]. As admixtures for concrete, the resultant copolymer and a compound represented by formula V (R1 to R2 are each H or a 8 to 18C alkyl; M1 to M2 are each an alkaline metal) are blended with cement respectively in an amount of 0,10 to 1.0wt.% and 0.0025 to 0.1wt.%.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain a concrete composition for self packing requiring no compaction by blending concrete with specific amounts of zeolite and a high- performance water-reducing agent and adjusting slump to >=a given slump flow value. A slump flow value is adjusted to >=50cm slump flow value to give a concrete composition for self packing requiring no compaction.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain water dilution type releasant, by which bubbles developing on the surface of concrete are reduced and, at the same time, which is excellent in releasability, by a method wherein liquid water repellent substance is mixed with specified unsaturated aliphatic acid or its organic salt and nonionic surface active agent. CONSTITUTION:Unsaturated aliphatic acid used is one having 1 or 2 OH groups and the number of carbon atoms in a carbon chain of 10-22. Any position of the OH group in the carbon chain may be allowed except the terminal position of the carbon chain. As the organic salt, monoethanolamine salt, diethanolamine salt, triethanolamine salt or morpholine salt is preferably used. The preferable mixing ratio of the unsaturated aliphatic acid or its organic salt is 3-10wt.% of liquid water repellent substance. The nonionic surface active agent makes said unsaturated aliphatic acid or its organic salt dissolvable so as to emulsify when the acid or salt is diluted with water at usage. The preferable value range of HLB is 8-12. The releasant concerned is used by diluting with water 3 to 20-fold.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To accompany fine foam by kneading the whole material free from foam by a first kneader, transferring the kneaded gypsum paste to a second kneader and kneading the same together with foam. CONSTITUTION:50-70 pts.wt. water and as occasion demands, proper quantity of mixing agent, a water-reducing agent, a hardening detardant, a promoter and water-soluble starch are added to 100 pts.wt. beta-hemihydrate gypsum. The mixture is agitated and mixed in a first kneader 1 and made pasty. Then, the gypsum paste is transferred to a second kneader 2 and foam described below is added while agitating the gypsum paste so that specific gravity of gypsum slurry is regulated to about 0.9-1.2. The foam is produced in a foaming machine by using a foaming agent. Gypsum composition high in foam stability shown in an expression is obtained.

In the formulae I-VI, X1 is H, alkyl group (R) of 1-3 carbon number, carboxyl group (CA), sulfone (SU) or alkali metal (DA) salt of these, hydroxyl group, or methoxy group, X2 is H, R of 1-3 carbon number, CA, SU or DA salt of these, hydroxyl group, or methoxy, X3-X8 are H, -CH2SO3 M3, -CH2OH, or hydroxyl group, and X9-X11 are H, R of 1-3 carbon number, CA, SU or DA salt of these hydroxyl group, methoxy group, -CH2OH, -CH2SO3 M4, wherein M1-M7 are H or DA.
