    Abstract: Zum kontinuierlichen oder diskontinuierlichen Auswalzen von Warmband mit austhenitischem und/oder ferritischen Gefüge aus durch Stranggießen hergestellten Dünnbrammen (5) wird eine Produktionsanlage vorgeschlagen, bei welcher hinter einer Stranggießanlage (1) und vor einem Ausgleichsofen (2) eine Schere (3) sowie auch hinter dem Ausgleichsofen (2) und vor einem Walzwerk (4) eine weitere Schere (3) und eine Entzunderungsvorrichtung (7) angeordnet sind, und bei welcher sich hinter dem Walzwerk (4) eine Heizvorrichtung oder Kühlvorrichtung (9) und ein Bandhaspel bzw. eine Wickelmaschine (20) befindet.
    Gekennzeichnet ist die Produktionsanlage durch eine von mehreren, z. B. fünf, Quarto-Gerüsten (6) gebildete, kontinuierlich arbeitende Walzstraße als eine erste Walzgerüstgruppe (4), auch zwischen den aufeinanderfolgenden Quarto-Gerüsten (6) der ersten Walzgerüstgruppe (4) vorgesehene einzelne Heizvorrichtungen (8), und durch Anordnung des Bandhaspels bzw. der Wickelmaschine als Doppelhaspel- bzw. - Wickelmaschine 11.

    Abstract: In the manufacture of formable steel in the form of a strip with a final thickness of between 0.5 and 1.5 mm, in a number of continuous successive process stages, molten steel is continuously cast into a slab of less than 100 mm thickness and the slab is rolled into the strip.
