Gegenstand der Erfindung ist eine Kraft fahrzeugtür (1) mit einem Türmodul (2), welches eine Vorrichtung (3) zum Umlenken von beweglichen Kraftübertragungselementen, mindestens ein Umlenkelement und eine Lasche (5) und/oder Tasche aufweist, in welcher das Umlenkelement lagerbar ist. Die Lasche (5) wird durch zwei Lagerstellen (51, 52) gebildet, welche von einer Türmodulwand (20) beabstandet sind, und die Lagerstellen (51, 52) fluchtende Aussparungen (61, 62) zum Aufnehmen einer Achse (7) für das Umlenkelement aufweisen. Des Weiteren sind zugehörige Verfahren offenbart.

A drive arrangement (10) has first and second wheels (12, 14) and an endless loop member (16). The path of the member (16) is defined in part by a third wheel (18), between the wheels (12, 14). The wheel (18) is movably mounted so that the length can be changed for the path of the member (16) as it passes around the wheel (18), between the wheels (12, -14). Accordingly, the member (16) can be tightened or slackened around the wheels (12, 14), so that the wheels (12, 14) can be coupled to convey drive from one to the other, through the member (16), or disengaged, so that drive is not conveyed.

Exemplary embodiments of the present invention are directed towards improved mounting structures and methods for formation of window regulator systems for vehicles. In one exemplary embodiment, a mounting structure for a window regulator system is provided. The mounting structure includes a main body defining cavity for rotatably receiving a portion of a pulley; and an engagement feature depending away from the main body, the engagement feature engaging the portion of the pulley and preventing movement of the pulley away from the main body, the engagement feature being substantially free of fasteners for preventing movement of the portion of the pulley away from the main body.

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Türmodul mit einer Fensterhebereinrichtung. Das erfindungsgemäße Türmodul (1, 30) weist einen Träger (2, 31) und eine mit dem Träger (2, 31) verbundene Fensterhebereinrichtung auf, wobei die Fensterhebereinrichtung einen Mitnehmer (3, 32) für eine Fensterscheibe (4), ein linienförmiges, flexibles Element, welches mit dem Mitnehmer (3, 32) verbunden und über welches der Mitnehmer (3, 32) bewegbar ist, und einen Arm (5, 34) mit einer Umlenkung (6, 35) zur Umlenkung des flexiblen Elements aufweist, wobei der Arm (5, 34) relativ zum Träger (2, 31) translatorisch von einer Montageposition in eine Arbeitsposition verschiebbar ist.

An assembly for automatically opening and closing a sliding door of the type including a fixed panel and a moving panel which slides on a track relative to the fixed panel. The assembly comprises a housing defining an internal space; a support frame defining a space which receives and retains a drive assembly including a motor having a drive shaft; a drive wheel operably linked to the motor via said drive shaft. The assembly also includes an idler pulley; at least one drive belt associated with said drive wheel and the idler pulley; wherein, when the drive wheel is energised by the motor, motion is imparted to the drive belt thereby causing the movable panel of the sliding door to move between a first state when the door is closed and a second state when the door is open.

The invention relates to a cable deflection pulley (10) pertaining to a window lifter comprising a drive unit (1), a guide rail (5) for a driver (6) which is connected to the window (7) and to the cable (4), and cable deflection pulleys (8, 9) with a guide or bearing groove (12) for the cable (4). The inventive device has an axially directed assembly groove (14) in the proximity of the bearing groove (12) to facilitate and accelerate assembly and to reduce the amount of cable required. Said assembly groove contains an area (16) adjacent to the axis (15) of the cable deflection pulley (10), and an area (17) adjacent to the bearing groove (12), through which the cable is pulled from the assembly groove (14) into the bearing groove (12).

A sliding door or the like (10) driven by a motor (16) is controlled by the use of a motion detector (25) coupled with the door. Pulses from the motion detector are counted by control circuitry, and the door is moved at a reduced speed in the region of its limits of travel. The limits are defined by the number of pulses from the motion detector equalling a predetermined value. The motor is de-energized if a stationary state of the door is detected in the low speed region, and reversed if a stationary condition is detected in the remainder of its movement.
