Abstract: A connection between a fluid conduit and an air flow port mounted on an air flow device includes a housing having a through bore which receives a flange on an end form of the conduit. One end of the port is disposed in the bore in the housing in sealed engagement with the end form. A transverse bore in the housing receives a retainer to lock the port in the housing preventing axial separation of the port from the conduit.

Abstract: A fluid sealing system constructed according to the invention includes a fluid housing having at least the fluid ports disposed in laterally fixed, parallel relation to one another. Within each port there is disposed a fluid seal. At least two associated fluid conduits are provided having distal ends which are extendible into their associated fluid ports into sealing engagement with the fluid seals. A retaining plate supports the conduits in laterally spaced, parallel relationship with one another in such a way that the conduits can move relative to one another in the lateral direction to enable the conduits to be installed together as a bundled unit while enabling for adjustment in the lateral spacing of the conduits during installation to achieve matched alignment between the spacing of the conduits and the fixed spacing of the fluid ports.

Abstract: A quick connector for forming a joint in a fluid line consists of a female connector body having a bore which receives a male member. A sleeve surrounds and is secured on the male member in close fitting relation with the male member and with the female connector body. A retainer extends between the sleeve and a radial face formed in the connector body to secure the male member in the connector body. A secondary retainer provides enhanced retention capability. An optional plug may be positioned in the bore entrance to prevent introduction of external contaminants.

Abstract: A plastic closure member for a tubular object or a tubular opening which includes an outer lip for fitting snugly over an outside end of a tube, integral with an inner section which extends within the interior of the tubular opening and comprises generally continuous sidewalls enclosing an end section.
