Abstract: PURPOSE: A method and an apparatus for transmitting and receiving data in a wireless communication network are provided to improve the through of an entire system by allocating the resources for data transmission and reception only to the stations of a VHT system in a set protection section. CONSTITUTION: It is informed that a non-VHT-station exists in a wireless communication network(122), and a message indicating that data are supposed to be transmitted to plural VHT-stations is transmitted for the non-VHT-station and a VHT-station which exist in the wireless communication network(124). The resource allocation information for the plural VHT-stations is transmitted(126), and the data are transmitted to the plural VHT-stations according to the resource allocation information(130).

Abstract: PURPOSE: A channel estimating method and an apparatus thereof of a wireless telecommunications system is provided to a channel estimating performance in order to improve. CONSTITUTION: A channel estimating unit(10) estimates a channel value in a frequency domain of a received signal of a certain sub-carrier. An IDFT unit(20) changes the channel value of the frequency domain. The IDFT unit gets the channel value of a time domain. An interference removing unit(30) produces a channel delay value based on an produced interaction factor on a structure of a pilot already known. The interference removing unit eliminates the interference with substrate the produced channel delay values from the channel value of the time domain.

Abstract: PURPOSE: An apparatus for setting up an FFT start point and a method thereof are provided to implement a receiver which is strong in a frame sync obtainment error by offering proper offset on a reception end towards a CP section. CONSTITUTION: A start point determining part(300) moves an FFT start point in a CP(Cyclic Prefix) direction as much as sample offset according to acquisition result. An FFT(Fast Fourier Transform) part(200) performs FFT by receiving the FFT start point moved by the start point determining part. The start point determining part determines the sample offset with an SNR(signal-to-noise ratio) value.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A method and a device for correcting a transmission point of an uplink packet are provided to minimize the interference among symbols by correcting the transmission point of an uplink packet. CONSTITUTION: A ranging receiver(123) receives a ranging packet. A delay measuring unit(124) confirms the delay time of the ranging packet by comparing the time of the reception of the ranging packet with the base station symbol synchronous signal. A controller(126) sets the correction time of the uplink packet transmission point by checking the delay time. The uplink packet is set to arrive after a first section from the starting point of a cyclic prefix section by the correction fading. The first section is decided in consideration of the maximum transmission speed of the mobile station and the cycle of the cyclic ranging.

Abstract: A transmission method using an LDPC(Low Density Parity Check Codes) coder in a multi-antenna system is provided to reduce complexity of a decoding process of a receiver without degrading an error correcting capability by obtaining the same performance as the error correcting capability of a desired decoding rate in the receiver. Inputted data is encoded into an LDPC coding mode including a puncture bit. An encoded LDPC codeword is demultiplexed to a plurality of parallel channels. Each demultiplexed channel is modulated in a V(Vertical)-BLAST(Bell Laboratory Layered Space-Time) mode. A parity bit of the LDPC codeword is separated from the codeword of the LDPC codeword, and is assigned and modulated in a predetermined channel. Modulated signals of each channel are transmitted.
