    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ottoman which can efficiently transmit heat of an electric heating wire to a body and hardly generate a state where a position of the electric heating wire is not suitably regulated by a regulating member, and to provide a chair type massage machine.SOLUTION: The ottoman is provided with foot support parts for supporting foot soles and electric heating wires 70 for transmitting heat to the foot soles laid on the foot support parts. A string 80 for regulating movement of the electric heating wire 70 against the bodies of the foot support parts is provided. At a regulating part 70X of the electric heating wire 70, the string 80 is provided straddling the electric heating wire 70 from a first wire side 70A to a second wire side 70B. Defining an interval between a first attaching part 81 and a second attaching part 82 of the string 80 in the width direction as a regulating interval G, the width of the electric heating wire 70 at the regulating part 70X is smaller than the regulating interval G.

The garment ( 1 ) provides all round warming of the limb and gradual compression to a part of the limb at low pressure, proven to be effective in improving arterial blood flow and more comfortable to the user.
