The present invention relates to an environmentally friendly method for naturally purifying polluted river water by circulating the river water and for restoring natural ecosystem by forming a fishway for ecosystem restoration to purify polluted river water flowing to a river by forming a fishway for ecosystem restoration and discharging polluted river water flowing to the river after purifying it; and to maintain a predetermined amount of river water by preventing river water from being completely discharged through the bottom water discharge passage of a floodgate during a dry season.

The present invention provides an environmentally friendly construction method for restoring a natural ecosystem by naturally purifying contaminated stream water and forming a consistent fish way for restoring the ecosystem. The present invention is characterized by purifying the contaminated stream water and naturally forming the fish way with a multifunctional movable weir sluice gate (700) combined with a water purifier.

The present invention relates to a device for driving a multi-functional water gate installed at lakes, reservoirs, or rivers, capable of improving durability of a driving unit as the load applied to a hydraulic cylinder is reduced by dispersing the driving force and stably operating the driving unit as a link stand is connected to a first arm and a second arm the hydraulic cylinder is installed at both sides of the second arm in a symmetric shape. When the relatively small amount of water is discharged to the outside from the water gate, an upper water gate is operated to be vertically slid so that the operation of a main water gate and the driving unit is not required. The device according to the present invention comprises: the water gate in which a rotary shaft formed at the lower end of both sides is installed to be rotated at a bracket formed in a beam; the first arm fixed to the rotary shaft of both sides of the water gate; a link stand installed to be rotated as one side end is connected to the first arm; the second arm connected to be rotated to the end facing the link stand and installed to be rotated to the bracket fixed to the bottom of a driving unit housing; a first hydraulic cylinder installed to one side end of the second arm and rotating the second arm; and a second hydraulic cylinder arranged to face the first hydraulic cylinder and rotating the second arm as it is installed to the end facing the second arm.

CONSTITUTION: A movable weir (100) with an emergency bridge comprises a base plate (110), a body frame (120), a guide part (130), a panel (140), and a support part (150). The base plate is installed on the ground to cross a waterway and is hinged with the body frame. The guide part is joined to both sides of the body frame to change the angle of the body frame. The panel is joined to the top end of the body frame to enable pedestrians to cross.

PURPOSE: A control device for discharging undercurrent water of a floodgate is provided to maintain a desired water quality and a desired water level by opening and closing a drain pipe discharging the undercurrent water according to the state of the water quality of the standing water. CONSTITUTION: A control device for discharging undercurrent water of a floodgate comprises a floodgate main body, an undercurrent water discharging unit, a water quality sensor (100), a water level sensor (110), and a processor (120). The undercurrent water discharging unit is installed on the bottom of the floodgate main body and includes a drain pipe and a blocking plate. The blocking plate is included in the upper part of the drain pipe and opens or closes the drain pipe by being operated by a rotary cylinder (42). PURPOSE: A conduction type floodgate is provided to minimize the rising cost by maintaining a standing state of a floodgate with simple components when the fluid pressure of an opening or a closing cylinder is lost when maintaining the standing floodgate. CONSTITUTION: A conduction type floodgate comprises a frame, a floodgate(20), a floodgate opening and closing unit(30), and a floodgate locking unit(40). The frame vertically comprises a door frame on one side of a bottom surface installed in a drain. The floodgate is connected to the door frame with a hinge shaft(21) and opens or closes the drain. The floodgate opening and closing unit comprises an opening and closing hydraulic cylinder(31) and a link member(32). Both ends of the opening and closing hydraulic cylinder are individually connected to the center of the floodgate and a bottom surface of the door frame with a hinge. Both ends of the link member are individually connected to the bottom surface of the door frame and the center of the floodgate, and the center of the link member is folded. The floodgate locking unit is installed on the bottom surface of the door frame, and the standing state of the floodgate is maintained by griping a fixing bar of the link member.

CONSTITUTION: A waterway opening and closing device comprises a water gate(10), a bottom frame(30), and a fall inducing plate(40). The water gate is installed in the outlet(4) of a waterway(2) in order to open and close the waterway. The bottom frame is installed on the bottom surface of the outlet and is equipped with an introducing groove(32) for introducing the water gate and flattening the bottom surface of the outlet when opening the water gate. The fall inducing plate is protruded towards the front side of the water gate and allows overflowed water through the top of the water gate to perpendicularly fall towards the introducing groove in the closed state of the water gate.

Electricity is blocked in an emergency such as blackout so that the emergency valve is operated in flood overflow. CONSTITUTION: A water gate for discharging deep seawater comprises a water gate body(10), a frame(20), a driving device(A), and a discharge device. A water gate body opens and closes a water path. A frame is connected to the lower part of a water gate body with a hinge and supports the operation of the standing and lying of the water gate body. A driving device is equipped in the downstream direction of a water gate body in order to invert the water gate body. A discharge device discharges deep seawater through the water gate body of a standing state, and comprises a flow path connected from the inlet hole of an inflow plate formed in the upstream directional lower part of the water gate body to a discharge port(12) formed the downstream directional upper part of the water gate body and an opening and closing plate(13) which opens and closes the discharge port.
