Abstract: PURPOSE: A device for modulating and demodulating a base band at a bluetooth system by using an orthogonal frequency division multiplexing(OFDM) is provided to supply a high speed variable data rate at the bluetooth system and to apply the bluetooth system requiring the high speed data rate. CONSTITUTION: A device for modulating and demodulating a base band at a bluetooth system by using an orthogonal frequency division multiplexing(OFDM) includes an OFDM modulating block(2), an OFDM modulating control block(200), an OFDM demodulating block(3) and an OFDM demodulating control block(300). In the device, the OFDM modulating block(2) modulates the data transmitted from the link manager to at a variable data rate by the OFDM method. The OFDM modulating control block(200) controls the OFDM modulating block(2) in response to the variable data rate assigned at the link manager and controls the output power of radio frequency. The OFDM demodulating block(3) extracts the variable data rate from the OFDM signal received as the radio frequency and demultiplexes the received data by the variable data rate to transmit the demultiplexed data to the link manage. And, the OFDM demodulating control block(300) controls the OFDM demodulating block(3) in response to the extracted variable data rate and reduces the power consumption of the OFDM demodulating block(3) by comparing the data rate used at the OFDM modulating block(2).

Abstract: PURPOSE: A wireless radio frequency front end transceiver device is provided to stop a transmission mode when operating a reception mode by using a power down mode. CONSTITUTION: A local signal generating unit(270) includes the first and second local signal generators(272,276) which generates the first and second local signals having predetermined bandwidths at the center of 900MHz and 4.35GHz. Abstract: PURPOSE: A device for assigning a mobile terminal and a service identifier is provided to allocate MAC address of 1 byte to a mobile terminal in a base station when initializing a the mobile terminal and to recollect the allocated MAC address and allocate the address to other mobile terminal when the mobile terminal is out of service areas. Therefore, the efficiency of mobile channel is improved when transmitting ATM cell signals through the wireless channel in a wireless ATM LAN system. A media access control(MAC) address (MT_A) region requesting information receiver(50) receives a signal from the wireless receiver(30) to store MT_A region assigning requesting information, and outputs an identification(MT_ID) information signal of a self fixed byte, then generates a driving signal(ST_A) to drive an address generator. The address generator(110) receives the driving signal(ST_A), and outputs an address(A) of a corresponding region, a MT_A region and an identification(MT_ID) address signal of a self fixed byte to read a mapping memory. A MT_ID comparator(60) compares a MT_ID signal of a self output fixed byte of the MT_A region requesting information receiver(50) with a MT_ID signal of the mapping memory, and decides whether the same MT_ID is stored in the mapping table memory. A MT_A region storage(70) stores a MT_A value when an inputted signal(A) from the MT_ID is low, and stores a corresponding MT_A value regardless of the inputted signal(A) when an outputted signal(Sig-A) from the MT_ID is high, then outputs an address value(Sig-B) that a corresponding MT_A exists. A virtual path identifier(VPI) requester(80) transmits MT_ID information and MT_A information to an asynchronous transfer mode(ATM) switch.
