Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve the production of a coil at high precision and high efficiency. SOLUTION: The device manufactures a coil 3 by welding U-shaped pipes 2 to both ends of a plurality of straight pipes 1. The device is provided with a laser welding head 11, which uses a condensing lens 15 having a focal length of at least twice the pipe diameter of the pipes to be welded 1, 2 to aim a laser light 13 at, and weld, the joint position w of straight pipes 1, positioned and held on a workpiece setting jig 24, and U-shaped pipes 2, temporarily fitted to both ends of the straight pipes 1, 2. Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inorganic fiber mat that is able to well reduce scattering of fibers not increasing an amount of organic binder, and to reduce a sense of irritation and a feeling of discomfort caused in assembling the inorganic fiber mat to another member to manufacture a product, thereby improving working environment of an assembling operator. SOLUTION: This inorganic fiber mat is manufactured by a method comprising a cutting step of cutting an inorganic fiber aggregated body and a heat-treating step of heat-treating the surface of the inorganic fiber aggregated body. By cutting the inorganic fiber aggregated body 21 into a predetermined shape with a carbon dioxide gas laser-processing machine 41, the cutting step and the heat-treating step for heat-treating the cut surface are simultaneously performed. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely bring the weld part of a lens into contact with the weld part of a housing by using a pressing jig, and to almost fix irradiation energy when irradiating a laser beam to the joint part of the lens and the housing. SOLUTION: In this method for manufacturing a vehicular lighting fixture wherein the lens 3 is fixed to the housing 2 having an open front by laser welding so as to cover the front opening, when irradiating the laser beam 18 to the place where the weld part of the lens is made to abut on the weld part of the housing, the laser beam is irradiated by permeating the laser transmission part 16 of the pressing jig 11 and the laser transmission part of the lens at least in a part of the place, and in the section where the portions irradiated by the laser beam permeating the laser transmission part of the pressing jig and the laser transmission part of the lens continue, the sum of the thickness of the laser transmission part of the pressing jig and the laser transmission part of the lens are almost fixed in the laser beam scanning direction.
