Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carrying conveyer for a bottomed square cylindrical container, extending a life of an endless chain by making a load applied on the endless chain of the carrying conveyer uniform. SOLUTION: The container carrying conveyer device comprises a pair of one-stage or multiple-stage endless chains rotating/sending on the same plane while opposing to each other; a driving shaft 25 and a driven shaft 26 holding sprockets 16, 17; a container holder 24 having a holding piece attached to the endless chain and capable of holding the square cylindrical container; at least two driving motors 27 capable of independently rotating/sending the pair of the endless chains; and a controlling means 28 controlling the driving motor. While both rear corner portions in traveling direction of the square cylindrical container with a diamond shaped or a parallelogram cross-section are held by the container holder, the controlling means can carry the square cylindrical container. Abstract:
Disclosed are various embodiments for a containerized shipping trailer and an automated module moving apparatus. A containerized shipping trailer may comprise a shipping container having a plurality of compartments configured to store a plurality of modules in an interior of the shipping container. An automated module moving apparatus may comprise a body configured to move horizontally along a rail from a first position to a second position to insert at least one projection into a portal of a module located in a compartment of the shipping container. The module may be removed and placed at a predefined location.
Abstract:
Computer program products, methods, systems, apparatus, and computing entities are provided for automated loading and retrieval of items. In various embodiments, items are received at a loading station where identification data may be captured for each item and handling instructions may be generated. In some embodiments, a label having indicia associated with the item may be generated and affixed to the item. The items may then be deposited through an access door into the vehicle identified in the handling instructions. Once the items are loaded into the access door, an automated load/unload device may deposit the item in the appropriate storage location. The automated load/unload device may also retrieve and rearrange items as desired.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a device (100) for loading/unloading stackable cargo units (101) such as boxes (101) from a cargo space, such as a sea container (102). Such a device (100) comprises a movable arm (104) with a head (110), comprising an array with downwardly directed gripping bodies (e.g. suction cups (211)). According to the invention there is a second grip section (220) with which the cargo units (101) can be gripped at the sides thereof. Hereby also cargo units (101) of a top row can be unloaded quickly. The invention also relates to a method for the loading/unloading of a cargo space.
Abstract:
This invention relates to an apparatus for forming substantially rectangular, continuous patterns of substantially block-shaped products (P) which are partly rotated at a quarter turn, or a multiple thereof, relative to each other., which are supplied on two conveyors (1a, 1b, 2a, 2b) positioned substantially at the same height, wherein patterns are formed through sliding products or groups of products with a sliding apparatus (4) to a pattern forming location, wherein the products within the said groups have the same orientation, and wherein sliding is carried out in two directions perpendicular to each other and is directed at least perpendicular to a main direction of the block-shaped products.
Abstract:
A directional input device includes a transfer belt having a conveying surface. A first plow assembly is positioned with respect to the transfer belt, and includes a first plow belt positioned generally perpendicular to the transfer belt. A drive unit is operatively connected to the first plow assembly. In one preferred embodiment of this invention, a directional input device system includes a queuing belt; a directional input device positioned downstream from the queuing belt, and including a transfer belt having an entrance end portion operatively connected to a discharge end portion of the queuing belt and a plow-centering unit; and a machine positioned downstream from the directional input device having a machine belt operatively connected to a discharge end portion of the transfer belt.
Abstract:
Sanitary thin paper prevented from being ruptured at the time of extraction, wherein one or two sheets of stacked sanitary thin paper (3) are formed to have a tensile strength of 32 N/m or more in lateral direction at a dry time and 32 N/m or more in vertical direction at a wet time, and so that the tensile strength in vertical direction at the dry time is 2.5 to 3.5 times that in lateral direction at the dry time.
Abstract:
The present disclosure discloses a carton alignment conveyor arrangement (10) for receiving, aligning and sorting a plurality of cartons from a receiving station (14) and conveying the plurality of cartons via an inclined plate (12) to a belt conveyor (16). The cartons are sorted into aligned cartons (13b), partially misaligned cartons (13c) and totally misaligned cartons (13a). The partially misaligned cartons are aligned while being conveyed from an inclined plate (12). The aligned cartons (13b) and the aligned partially misaligned cartons are conveyed to a discharge end (26) by being supportingly engaged between a pair of moving belts (17, 18) laterally spaced apart to define a rejection opening (22). The totally misaligned cartons are dropped into a reject carton receiver (24) through the rejection opening (22).
Abstract:
The overhead device (DA), whose platform (20) is suspended by means of a cable (34) from an element which can move on an overhead track, grips the box (1) by suspending it from the teeth (24) of the grip elements, of the corresponding lower edges (14) of the inner side walls (10) of the corner recesses (9) of the box, without any external or internal space occupation or contact of the anus (23) of the elements for gripping the box (1) with the content of the box; the perfect centering of the box (1) with respect to the overhead device (DA) is achieved by means of inclined planes (18) with which the centering mask (16) is provided in a lower region, the mask being pushed against the upper rim (8) of the box (1) by way of elastic means (25) which are interposed between the centering mask and the platform (20), on which the weight of the overhead device bears when the cable (34) for suspending it from the overhead track is slack. The overhead device (DA) is used to handle boxes containing loose or tidy goods of any kind.
