Abstract:
PURPOSE: An alkoxysilane compound in which aromatic group is substituted and a hydrophobic coating composition are provided to ensure improved hydrophobicity and easily coat ultra-thin film. CONSTITUTION: An alkoxysilane compound in which aromatic group is substituted is used for hydrophobic coating composition and is denoted by chemical formula 1. The hydrophobic coating composition contains the compound of chemical formula 1, water, acidic compound and organic solvent. The composition further contains 0.1-1 weight parts of surfactant based on total 100 weight parts of compounds of chemical formulas 1 and 2. The surfactant is anionic surfactant, cationic surfactant, amphoteric surfactant or non-ionic surfactant. The hydrophobic coating composition contains sol-gel composition by hydrolysis and condensation.

본 발명의 코팅은 물과 반응해서 실란올기를 형성하는 기를 포함하는 유기 부분이 그래프트 중합된 수용성 베이스 폴리머의 코폴리머를 물품에 적용한 후, 코폴리머를 경화시켜서 흡수성, 윤활성 및 실질적으로 수불용성인 가교결합된 히드로겔을 형성함으로써 형성된다. 코팅 조성물, 코팅된 물품, 코팅도 기재되어 있다.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A strip treatment solution for further increasing corrosion resistance and paintability of galvanizing strip that is trivalent chromium treated without separate hexavalent chromium sealing treatment is provided, and a strip treatment method using the strip treatment solution is provided. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of controlling pH by maintaining pH of 0.02 to 0.5 M of an aqueous solution of X-Si-Y or X'-(Si-Y)n type alkoxy based silane compound (where X is selected from epoxy, vinyl, amine group, acryl, mercapto, C1-C6 chloroalkyl, phenyl, carboxyl group and C3-C10 alkyl ring having the functions groups, Y is 2 to 3 ethoxy, methoxy or ethoxymethoxy, X' is amine or C2-C9 alkyl or alkylene, and n is an integral of 2 or 3) in the stable state using silanol formed by hydrolysis; dipping a trivalent chromate treated strip in treatment solution prepared into silanol aqueous solution by hydrolysis for 2 to 5 seconds; and baking and thus hardening the excess solution removed strip at a temperature of 140 to 200 deg.C after removing excess solution from the strip.
