Abstract: Technické řešení se týká zařízení (1) pro měření vlhkosti v tlakových formách (24), kde dutina (25) formy je odvzdušňovacím vedením (31) spojena s odvzdušňovacím zařízením (28). Zařízení (1) je spojitelné s odvzdušňovacím vedením (31) a obsahuje senzorové uspořádání (S), pomocí něhož je měřitelná vlhkost v plynech odsávaných z dutiny (25) formy. Senzorové uspořádání (S) obsahuje alespoň jeden vysílač (7) emitující elektromagnetické záření a alespoň jeden přijímač (14) snímající elektromagnetické záření. Na základě naměřených hodnot zjištěných v průběhu odvzdušňování je možno určit, zda se má změnit množství směsi vody a oddělovacího prostředku, která se vstřikuje do dutiny (25) formy tlakové formy (24) před vlastním postupem lití.
