Provided is a method and apparatus for inferring a facial composite, whereby user's designation regarding at least one point of a facial image is received, facial feature information are extracted based on the received user's designation, a facial type that coincides with the extracted facial feature information is searched from a facial composite database to generate a face shape model based on the searched facial type and an initial facial composite model having a facial type similar to a face of the facial image from a low-resolution facial image through which face recognition or identification cannot be accurately performed is provided, so that the face shape model contributes to criminal arrest and a low-resolution facial image captured by a surveillance camera can be more efficiently used.

There are provided a food container having a silicon incorporated diamond like carbon (Si-DLC) layer and a method thereof. The food container includes a container made of a plastic material; an intermediate thin layer formed on a surface of the container; and a Si-DLC layer formed on the intermediate thin layer. Accordingly, it is possible to provide porous plastic container having a Si-DLC layer and a manufacturing method thereof, which can implement high oxygen barrier properties and excellent mechanical characteristics by stably depositing a Si-DLC layer on a food container having lower surface energy without breaking the Si-DLC layer.

Disclosed is a method of preparing metal oxide semiconductor-nanocarbon core-shell consolidated quantum dots by chemically linking nanocarbon having superior electrical properties to a metal oxide semiconductor and a method of fabricating a UV photovoltaic cell device by using the same. In case of applying such a new type of quantum dots to a photovoltaic cell as a light absorbing layer, the rate of electron flow is accelerated and that of hole flow is inhibited. Thus, the methods of the present invention can prepare the core-shell consolidated quantum dots having excellent power conversion efficiency and the photovoltaic cell using the same.

The present invention relates to transparent antistatic films using graphene, and methods for preparing the same. The films include conductive particles comprising a single-layer or multi-layer graphene, and a binder. The films are prepared by dispersing graphene in a solvent to obtain a graphene dispersion; dissolving a curable binder to a solvent to obtain a binder solution; mixing the graphene dispersion, the binder solution and optionally an additive to obtain a coating solution; applying the coating solution onto a substrate and drying the solutin to form a coated film; and curing the coated film. According to the present invention, transparent or semitransparent antistatic films having excellent permeability, abrasion resistance, scratch resistance, chemical stability and dimensional stability can be prepared. The films also have superior adhesion to substrates and applicability, and thus may be advantageously applied to rigid or flexible substrates.

Provided is an unshaped refractory with an alumina sol binder added to a refractory mixture comprising Al 2 O 3 and SiC. The disclosed refractory is advantageous in that the alumina sol binder provides work flexibility to the refractory mixture, there is no erosion by CaO even at high temperature because CaO-containing cement is not used, shape is retained after drying, strength is enough for handling, contraction hardly occurs after heat treatment, porosity is low and strength is good. Thus, it is particularly useful for a gasifier.

Disclosed are a 2,4,7-substituted thieno[3,2- d ]pyrimidine compound having a protein kinase inhibition activity, a pharmaceutically acceptable salt, and a pharmaceutical composition for prevention and treatment of diseases caused by abnormal cell growth comprising the compound as an effective ingredient. Since the novel 2,4,7-substituted thieno[3,2- d ]pyrimidine compound exhibits superior inhibition activity against various protein kinases involved in growth factor signal transduction, it is useful as an agent for preventing or treating diseases caused by abnormal cell growth.
