Abstract:
PURPOSE: A cosmetic composition containing Laminaria extract and calcium D-pantetheine-S-sulfonate is provided to reduce melanogenesis and neurotransmitter secretion and to maximize a whitening effect. CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic composition for skin whitening contains 0.1-10 weight% of laminaria extract and 0.1-10 weight% of pantethine derivative as an active ingredient. The pantethine derivative is calcium D-pantethine-S-sulfonate. The laminaria extract and calcium D-pantethine-S-sulfonate is mixed in a weight ratio of 1-9:9-1, respectively. The laminaria extract is isolated from triglyceride extract.

CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic composition for anti-aging comprises Aguja Reptans extract as an active ingredient. The composition further contains one or more extract from Vaccinium Myrtillus Bud, Sequoiadendron Gigantea Bud, or Prunus Persica Bud. The Aguja Reptans extract contains phenylpropanoid which is extracted from Aguja Reptans using culture technique of plant cell.

A method for extracting plant extract with natural glacier water comprises: a step of putting glacier water in plant and filtering with vacuum concentrate device and a step of adding glacier water, stirring for two hours at room temperature, filtering and drying in vacuum oven. A double layered polymer capsule is provided to ensure excellent stabilization effect on oxidation-sensitive materials and to prevent the denaturation of an active material from an outside harmful environment. A double layered polymer capsule comprises a core consisting of carotenoid, a cationic polymer layer that surrounds the core, and an anionic polymer layer coated on the surface of a cationic polymer capsule. A method for manufacturing the double layered polymer capsule comprises (i) copolymerizing a monomer having a cationic functional group and a monomer having a hydrophobic group to obtain an cationic polymer; (ii) dissolving the cationic polymer and carotenoid in organic solvent to prepare emulsion, and evaporating the organic solvent to obtain the cationic polymer capsule supported with carotenoid; (iii) copolymerizing a monomer having an anionic functional group to obtain an anionic polymer; and (iv) applying the anionic polymer to the surface of the cationic polymer capsule.

A composition for lip pack comprises 30-90 weight% of hydrogel in which 0.1-10 weight% of cherry extract is impregnated. The hydrogel comprises gelatin, water-soluble polyacrylate, polyvinylalcohol, polyethyleneglycol, xanthangum, gellangum, sodium alginate, polyvinylpyrrolidone, polyvinyl formamide or carboxylmethyl cellulose. The cherry extract is obtains by washing the cherry, filtering with to filter of 250 mesh, drying and extracting in 1,3-butyleneglycol at 25°C for three to five days. A method for manufacturing a cosmetic composition of pack formulation comprises: a step of neutralizing polyacrylic acid with a neutralizing agent, heating agar polymer at 80-120°C and stirring the polyacrylic acid and agar; a step of cooling at 60-70°C, adding oil ingredient and mixing the cherry extract under 50°C; and a step of drying and making hydrogel, maturing at 35-45°C for two to three days and cutting to produce hydrogel mask pack.

A cosmetic composition of multilayer structure comprises an aqueous layer which a surfactant and salt are mixed together in a ratio of 1:1-1:5, and an UV protector layer comprising UV protector in a weight ratio of 1:1-6:1. The surfactant is the decyl glucoside, laulyl glycoside, PEG-60 hydrogenated castor oil, and Octyldodeceth-16. The salt is the mixture of potassium phosphate and sodium chloride. The cosmetic composition is used in a form of lotion, spray, cleansing oil, aromatic agent or bath.

An oil-in-water solid cosmetic composition is provided to minimize the energy of water-oil surface, suppress the contraction and surface crack and ensure excellent moisturizing effect. An oil-in-water solid cosmetic composition is denoted by the chemical formula 1 and comprises 0.01-10 weight part of polyoxyalkylene addition organopolysiloxane containing a lauryl PEG-9 polidimethylsiloxyethyldimethicone. The cosmetic composition is the hydrophobic surfactant and comprises a sorbitan sesquioleate, sorbitan isostearate, or sorbitan sesquiisostearate. The cosmetic composition further comprises 5-80 weight part of oil, 2-20 weight part of solid wax, 0-50 weight part of cosmetic powder, and water. A water-dispersible polymer nanocapsule is provided to stabilize a compound such as an alpha-lipoic acid perfectly, which includes both a disulfide bond and a carboxyl group and has a molecular weight of 100-1,000, thereby maintaining the initial activity thereof. And a method for preparing the same is provided to conveniently prepare the polymer nano-capsule. In the polymer nanocapsule in which a compound having both a disulfide bond and a carboxyl group and an average weight of 100-1,000 is encapsulated by a hydrophobic polymer, the hydrophobic polymer has a cationic functional group capable of absorbing the compound and a functional group capable of inducing bipole-bonding with the compound as a moiety. The compound having the molecular weight of 100-1,000 is an alpha-lipoic acid. The method for preparing the polymer nanocapsule comprises the steps of: (a) polymerizing the hydrophobic polymer; and (b) encapsulating the compound into the hydrophobic polymer. The skin external application composition comprises the polymer nanocapsule and is in the form of face lotion, lotion, massage cream, nutritive cream, pack, gel, essence, lipstick, make-up base, foundation, ointment, gel, cream, patch or spray.
