    Abstract: PURPOSE: A turnover type floodgate is provided to improve the durability and operability by employing a circular link and prevent the standing floodgate from being turned over in spite of a fail of hydraulic equipment. CONSTITUTION: A turnover type floodgate comprises a floodgate(10), a rotary shaft, a support bracket(30), a circular link(40), a hydraulic actuator(50), a housing(60), a locking unit(80), and a sealing unit. The floodgate blocks up the river water flowing from the upper stream of a river. The rotary shaft is fixed to both lower sides of the floodgate. The support bracket is provided on both sides of the floodgate to support the rotary shaft. The circular link is connected to the rotary shaft at the central portion and coupled with a fastener(57) of a piston rod by a fixing pin(P1) at a portion separate from the central portion. The hydraulic actuator rotates the circular link to turn the floodgate. The housing embeds the support bracket, the circular link, and the hydraulic actuator. The sealing unit prevents between the water leakage between the inner plate of the housing and both sides of the floodgate.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: An automatic hydraulic turned-over floodgate apparatus is provided to easily open or close a waterway without addition of hydraulic cylinders even when the residue exists behind a flood gate. CONSTITUTION: An automatic hydraulic turned-over floodgate apparatus comprises a support unit(200), a cylinder unit(300), a residue removal unit(500), a latch unit, a guide unit(400), and a spring. The support unit is coupled to the rear side of a flood gate and rotated around an end. One end of the cylinder unit is coupled to the rear side of the flood gate while the other is coupled to the support unit to be liftable. The residual removal unit is installed in the support unit and extended to the bottom of the waterway. One end of the latch unit is coupled to the other end of the cylinder unit to be liftable while the other latches the support unit in order to selectively stop the movement of the support unit. The gudie unit is installed to correspond to the support unit on the bottom of the waterway and guides the movement of the other end of the support unit. The spring is fixed between the latch unit and the support unit and provides a restoring force to the latch unit.

    Abstract: An environment-friendly method of construction is provided to purify the polluted river water naturally by discharging the contaminant like the laminated accumulated sludge in the bottom layer with the water.
