PURPOSE: A turnover type floodgate is provided to improve the durability and operability by employing a circular link and prevent the standing floodgate from being turned over in spite of a fail of hydraulic equipment. CONSTITUTION: A turnover type floodgate comprises a floodgate(10), a rotary shaft, a support bracket(30), a circular link(40), a hydraulic actuator(50), a housing(60), a locking unit(80), and a sealing unit. The floodgate blocks up the river water flowing from the upper stream of a river. The rotary shaft is fixed to both lower sides of the floodgate. The support bracket is provided on both sides of the floodgate to support the rotary shaft. The circular link is connected to the rotary shaft at the central portion and coupled with a fastener(57) of a piston rod by a fixing pin(P1) at a portion separate from the central portion. The hydraulic actuator rotates the circular link to turn the floodgate. The housing embeds the support bracket, the circular link, and the hydraulic actuator. The sealing unit prevents between the water leakage between the inner plate of the housing and both sides of the floodgate.

PURPOSE: An automatic hydraulic turned-over floodgate apparatus is provided to easily open or close a waterway without addition of hydraulic cylinders even when the residue exists behind a flood gate. CONSTITUTION: An automatic hydraulic turned-over floodgate apparatus comprises a support unit(200), a cylinder unit(300), a residue removal unit(500), a latch unit, a guide unit(400), and a spring. The support unit is coupled to the rear side of a flood gate and rotated around an end. One end of the cylinder unit is coupled to the rear side of the flood gate while the other is coupled to the support unit to be liftable. The residual removal unit is installed in the support unit and extended to the bottom of the waterway. One end of the latch unit is coupled to the other end of the cylinder unit to be liftable while the other latches the support unit in order to selectively stop the movement of the support unit. The gudie unit is installed to correspond to the support unit on the bottom of the waterway and guides the movement of the other end of the support unit. The spring is fixed between the latch unit and the support unit and provides a restoring force to the latch unit.

수압에 의해 수문이 좌굴되는 것을 방지할 수 있는 구조적 안정성을 가질 뿐만 아니라 수문의 폐문 시에도 물고기가 수문을 타고 상류로 이동할 수 있게 하는 어도(魚道)가 제공된 장폭형 수문장치가 개시되어 있다. 본 고안에 따른 장폭형 수문장치는 통상의 보에 제공되는 배수로 상에 배치되는 수문을 구비하는 수문부와, 수문의 타측면에 하나 이상 구비되어 수문을 개폐 조작되게는 개폐작동부, 및 개폐작동부와 마찬가지로 수문의 수직한 타측면 상에 배치되는 제 1 어도판재 및 제 2 어도판재를 구비하는 어도판재부로 이루어진다. 개폐작동부는 유압실린더로드가 신장 또는 수축되는 통상의 유압실린더와, 유압실린더로드의 신장 또는 수축 운동에 의해서 선회운동을 하는 제 1 링크부재와, 일단은 제 1 링크부재와 선회가능하게 연결되고 타단은 배수로의 바닥면 상에 선회가능하게 장착되는 제 2 링크부재를 구비한다. 그리고 제 1 어도판재의 일측면 상부는 다수의 제 1 경첩에 의해서 수문의 타측면 상부에 선회가능하게 연결되고, 제 2 어도판재의 상부는 다수의 제 2 경첩에 의해서 제 1 어도판재의 하부에 선회가능하게 연결된다.

PURPOSE: An environment-friendly construction method for purifying polluted river water using a high-tech water gate system is provided to control the outflow of water by minutely controlling a drive unit according to the water pressure and the inflow of the water in a water storage space. CONSTITUTION: An environment-friendly construction method for purifying polluted river water using a high-tech water gate system comprises followings. Support structures are installed at both sides of a river respectively and a waterway is formed between the support structures. A water gate(1) of a sheet form is installed between both support structures. A drain side is diagonally positioned to receive water pressure. A sealing space is formed on the both support structures through a housing. A working cylinder is installed at the sealing space to stand and conduct the waterway. Guide projections are formed at both sides of the bottom of the waterway respectively.

CONSTITUTION: An eco-friendly construction method to purify polluted river water naturally by using a floodgate system in which plenty of water is discharged is as follows. An actuating link in between both upper parts of the floodgate and both support structures is connected with an actuating cylinder. A waterway is closed and opened by conducting or opening the floodgate according to contraction movement of the each actuating cylinder. A discharge passage is formed between the bottom part of the floodgate and a floor part by lifting the floodgate by a guide projection. Clean river water which has a big specific gravity is preferentially discharged through the discharge passage in state the floodgate is closed.

The cell structure roller gate is guided to a support structure and is installed to be vertically elevated. The flap gate is installed at the cell structure roller gate to be rotated in the waterway direction. The opening and shutting hydraulic cylinder opens and closes the flap gate. The opening and shutting hydraulic cylinder comprises an emergency operation device. The emergency operation device converts the operation of the opening and shutting hydraulic cylinder into the manual operation.

A lower part of a water gate(100) is combined to the side of a lower frame(1) of a water gate structure equipped in a river with a hinge(100a). A link mounting portion(120) is formed in the hole by boring a hole(110a) in a skin plate(110) directly contacting to the water. In the link mounting portion, one end of a cylinder(200) operated with hydraulic pressure generated in a hydraulic pressure generator and provided through a hydraulic hose(210) is combined with a hinge(200a), and the other end is combined to a cylinder bracket(2) with a hinge(200b).

An environment-friendly method of construction is provided to purify the polluted river water naturally by discharging the contaminant like the laminated accumulated sludge in the bottom layer with the water. An environment-friendly method of construction comprises as follows. A support structure(10) is set up in the river either side and a waterway is formed therebetween. A water gate(20) is positioned diagonally to the drainage between either side support structure in order to bear the water pressure. Two working cylinders(30,32) are pivoted between either lateral upper and lower location of the water gate and the side wall top of the support structure. The polluted river water is purified by uplifting the bottom part of the water gate in the closed state according to expansion and contraction of each working cylinder, and discharging the clean lower layer water which water space is stored in the reservoir.
