A particulate composite lubricant for powder metallurgy comprises: first discrete particles comprising at least about 90 wt% of a fatty primary monoamide wax, being substantially free of fatty bisamide wax, and being at least partially coated with metal oxide nanoparticles and second metal-stearate free discrete particles comprising a fatty bisamide wax. A particulate composite lubricant for powder metallurgy can comprise: a Montan acid ester wax and at least one fatty amide wax comprising at least one of a fatty monoamide wax and a fatty bisamide wax.

Состав получен из продуктов дегидратации природных и/или синтезированных гидратов и/или их смесей при температуре удаления конституционной воды и температуре стабилизации продукта дегидрации 300-1200° С. Он содержит оксиды из ряда MgO и/или SiО 2 , и/или Аl 2 О 3 , и/или СаО, и/или Fe 2 О 3 , и/или К20 и/или Na 2 0 и представляет собой конгломерат гранатовидной формы, состоящий из нанозерна и аморфной связующей фазы. Размер конгломерата находится в диапазоне 100- 100000 нм при размере нанозерна в диапазоне: 2-2000 нм. An electric submersible motor is provided that includes a plurality of rotors and bearings mounted on a shaft, and a stator external to said rotors. A running clearance is located between an inner diameter of the stator and external diameter of the rotors, and includes a lubricating oil that includes a base hydrocarbon oil and a plurality of nanoparticles. Also provided is an improved lubricant oil and method of preparation thereof are provided. The lubricant oil includes a hydrocarbon containing base oil and a plurality of nanoparticles. The nanoparticles may be present in an amount up to 30% by volume.

The invention relates to mechanical engineering and can be used for friction assemblies. The aim of the invention is to develop a method for forming an antifriction coating for contacting sliding surfaces, which increases the constancy, resistance and life time of said antifriction coating when subjected to normal and intensive mechanical and temperature actions and to ensure a high wearability of the surfaces. The inventive method consists in placing a mechanically pre-activated pulverized mixture of a material and a binding agent, which form the antifriction coating, between the sliding surfaces. Compositions of natural minerals containing in mass %: Mg3Si2O5 (OH)4 - 10-60, MgFe2O4 - 10-60, MoS2 - 1-20, and of associated rare-earth elements - 0,1 - 10, H2O - not more than 5, are used as the material forming the antifriction coating. The mechanical pre-activation can be carried out with a pressure pulsation in a range of 0.01 - 10 MPa at a temperature of 100-200 DEG C.

A method for treatment of tuberculosis caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis, infections caused by Mycobacterium avium complex, infections caused by Chlamydia pneumoniae and infections caused by Helicobacter pylori by administering to a patient suffering from the bacterial infection 1-100 mg of rifalazil once or twice a week. In this dose regimen, the treatment is fast, efficacious and eliminates undesirable secondary symptoms observed with daily doses of 1-50 mg of rifalazil.

The present invention provides a transition metal/polymer matrix composite material which has durable, wear and corrosion resistant and friction reducing characteristics which can be used in a powder or liquid form, or, which can be bonded to a desired surface at ambient temperature. The specific components are transition metal dichalcogenide (TMDs) disulfides of tungsten and molybdenum, and the polymer polytetrafuoroethylene (PTFE). This invention brings together the unique properties of organic chemistry (PTFE) and inorganic chemistry (TMD's) and creates a synergistic interaction optimizing the friction reducing properties of PTFE with similar friction reducing properties of select TMD's, and, the TMD's additional wear-resistance and natural tendency for forming a tenacious physical bond at a molecular level. The invention comprises a mixture of PTFE and TMDs (particularly tungsten disulfide and molybdenum disulfide) which can be applied to a substrate through a variety of mechanisms and manners to form a lubricious and wear-resistant layer ranging from 0.5 micron to 60 microns thick.
