A water gate is provided to discharge polluted material together when the water is being discharged. A water gate(20) comprises as follows. The floor of the waterway(11) is step-shaped. The water gate is set up close to the step formation part. The axis of rotation(21) is eccentric to one side of the lower part. The fixed link(22) is fixed to the axis of rotation of the water gate inside. An opening and shutting cylinder(30) are pivotally fixed to the tip of the fixed link. The piston load front tip is pivotally fixed to one side of the water gate top. According to expansion and contraction of opening and shutting cylinder, waterway is lifted up and dropped down.

A rotary floodgate having the function of shallows is provided to reduce manufacturing man-hour by simplifying the structure of a cut-off plate and an opening and closing device, to be operated strongly and exactly by applying the driving method by gear combination, and to keep tightly by installing a watertight member between a cutoff plate and a waterway. A rotary floodgate(A1) having the function of shallows comprises supports(2) installed to two sides of a waterway(100), a cut-off plate(4) inserted to the waterway and fitted with arms(46) at two ends to be coupled with the supports by shafts(49) to be rotary, a lower body(6) provided with a groove fitted with the cut-off plate and installed to the bottom of the waterway, and a driving device(8) rotating the shafts formed on two ends of the cut-off plate to open or close, wherein a watertight member is installed to the boundary of the top of the lower body and a groove of the lower body to be in contact with the outside of the cutoff plate and composed of an elastic plate contacted with the outside of the cutoff plate and a fixture of a bolt and a nut to install the elastic plate to be detachable, and many rotary bars(5) are installed to the lower body and rotated vertically when the cutoff plate rotates and opens upward to block a gap to prevent drowning.

An environment-friendly construction method to purify water in connection with a system for purifying polluted water is provided to prevent contamination of water stored in the reservoir by promoting natural flow of the water and to improve safety in operating a water gate by controlling the rotation of the water gate. In accordance with an integrated control system(100), a waterway(11) is formed between both side support structures(10), and a housing(20) is installed to a side of the support structure to form a closed space. A rotating water gate(30) is formed with an arc type gate plate(31), two side plates(32) connected perpendicularly to the gate plate, and an axle(33) connected to the side plate. A packing member(40) is fixed longitudinally to one side of the water gate. A connection member is connected between a piston rod of an operating cylinder(51) and an operating link(34) via a support roller(52) and the axle. A guide protrusion from the side plate or a pinion gear with an operating screw can be installed to operate the water gate accurately. At the opposite side of a pushing plate(35) attached to the axle, a support plate(62) and a operating plate(63) are fixed in a V shape.

A rotating water gate(30) is formed with an arc type gate plate(31), and two side plates(32) connected perpendicularly to the gate plate. An axle(33) is fixed to the support structure through the housing. An operating cylinder(40) is fixed to a wall in a space between the two side plates. A piston rod(41) of the operating cylinder is connected to an operating link(34) to be rotated. A power supply system comprises a solar cell plate(61), a solar power generation system(60), a charging circuit(62), a water level sensor(63), and a hydraulic control system(64).

A method of purifying a polluted stream using a rotating water gate and an integrated control system is provided to prevent water leakage, to increase storage volume, and to purify water by installing a packing member longitudinally or in a C shape, installing a side plate asymmetrically from a rotation axle, and discharging water from a bottom of the stream. In accordance with an integrated control system(100), a waterway(11) is formed between both side support structures(10), and a housing(20) is installed to a side of the support structure to form a closed space. A rotating water gate is formed with an arc type gate plate(31), two side plates(32) connected perpendicularly to the gate plate, and an rotating axle(33) connected to the side plate. A packing member(40) to absorb shock is fixed longitudinally to the rotating water gate or in a C shape to wrap the rotating water gate. A piston rod of the operating cylinder is connected to an operating link(34) to be rotated which is fixed to the rotation axle. At an outside of a pushing plate(35), a support plate(62) and a operating plate(63) are fixed in a V shape. An additional cylinder or an elevating block can be used to discharge water at a bottom.

An automatic sliding floodgate is provided to prevent wrong operation of the floodgate by removing foreign matters from a rail using a scraper, and to improve sealing efficiency by opening and closing the floodgate completely. An automatic sliding floodgate includes a rail(100), a floodgate body(200), a hydraulic cylinder(300), and a scraper. The rails are installed at both sides of a waterway of a bank, and the waterway of the bank is opened or closed by sliding the floodgate body along the rail. The floodgate body is pushed or pulled by the hydraulic cylinder, and foreign matters are removed from the rail by the scraper in sliding the floodgate body. A first rail(110) is inclined at a sidewall of the waterway to tilt and slide the floodgate body, and a second rail(120) is formed horizontally in the bottom of the bank. The scraper has a fixing unit fastened to the floodgate body, and a first blade inclined from the fixing unit to the first rail to scrape foreign matters from the first rail.

An automatic opening/shutting device for a channel is provided to prevent the loss of electric power for keeping a sluice gate at the closed state by securing bearing strength and to make the outflow of deposits easy. An automatic opening/shutting device for a channel contains: a concrete channel(5); a sluice gate(10) installed on the concrete channel and opened/closed according to storage capacity; a hydraulic generator composed of a storage capacity sensor, a pressure generator and a controller to release pressure while closing and to supply pressure while opening; a hydraulic device(20) composed of a hydraulic cylinder(22) and a hydraulic rod(24) and connected with a hydraulic generator to get supplied with hydraulic pressure; a fixing link(16) fixed to a bracket(12) welded to a frame of the base of the channel by a fixing shaft(14); and a primary link(30) and a secondary link(40) connected to the fixing link and the hydraulic device of the sluice gate by hinges(32,34,36), wherein the primary link connected to the fixing link and the secondary link connected to the hydraulic device are connected by hinges to be foldable by opening and shutting a sluice gate and the secondary link is connected to the side wall of a sluice gate by a fixing pin(50) to supply bearing strength for keeping the sluice gate at the closed state.

A hydraulic turning-type sluice gate is provided to control flow rate by reciprocating a sluice gate vertically to be opened and closed by pulling or releasing a wire using a hydraulic cylinder and to work well without trouble by making production and installation easy with simple structure and preventing the malfunction or trouble of a sluice gate completely. A hydraulic turning-type sluice gate(20) is coupled to the bottom of various irrigation canals by a hinge(10), and formed by installing guide rollers(21) horizontally on both upper parts of the sluice gate and coupling to a long guide hole of an arc guide unit(31) formed on the inside of a doorframe(30) partially to be guided to make the top of the sluice gate reciprocated vertically and opened/closed from the hinge, hanging the middle of a single wire(61) on a wire pulling/releasing roller(41a) installed to a cylinder rod(41) of a single hydraulic cylinder(40) fixed to the inside of the sluice gate and hanging both ends of the wire on a main hanging roller(50) installed to the middle of the sluice gate in the opposite direction, and then hanging on the guide roller installed on both upper sides of the sluice gate horizontally and fixing the front of each wire on the doorframe, so that the guide rollers formed on both sides of the sluice gate are coupled and guided in the long guide hole of the arc guide unit by pulling or releasing the wire using the hydraulic cylinder and the top of the sluice gate is reciprocated and opened/closed from the hinge to control floor rate.

본 발명은 저수지에 설치되어 저수지의 수위를 유지하고 집중 호우 시는 수위를 낮추어 제방의 붕괴를 방지하는 방수문에 관한 것이다. 이러한 방수문을 유압권양기로 열거나 닫는 조작을 하는 중에 큰 수압하중으로 유압관이 파손되어 누유 된다면 방수문을 정지시킬 수 없으므로 계속 열리게 되고, 이로 인하여 저수된 물이 일시에 방류되어 하류 측에 큰 수해가 난다. 본 발명은 방수문의 개폐위치를 여러 단계로 나누어 조작되게 하여 유압장치에 이상이 생겨도 그 단계에서 자동정지 되게 하여 방수문이 일시에 열려서 생기는 사고를 방지 할 수 하도록 하는 저수지 비상 방수문의 개폐 안전장치에 관한 것이다. 이러한 본 발명은 여수토 바닥에 설치된 문비가 힌지를 중심으로 원호운동을 하는 유압식 전도 방수문에 있어서, 문비를 받치는 받침대를 유압실린더의 신축으로 끌어당겨 문비를 개폐하게 되는데 문비에 유압실린더의 신축량을 등분한 래칫 기어와 받침대의 캠형 래칫이 캠형 래칫의 자중으로 항상 걸려서 고정되게 한 장치이며, 여러 단계로 작동되게 하여 안전한 개폐 조작을 할 수 있는 것이다.
