La présente invention concerne une cassette lève-vitre de porte de véhicule comportant au moins un rail (21, 22) sur lequel coulisse un chariot (30, 31) support de vitre (4) et des moyens (35A, 35B, 36) d'entraînement du chariot, caractérisée en ce que chaque chariot (30, 31) comporte une partie coulissante (30A, 130, 131) complémentaire du rail (21, 22), une extrémité inférieure du chariot (30, 31) comportant des moyens de maintien et de fixation (30A, 30B, 30C) de la vitre (4), et en ce que le bord inférieur de la vitre est distant de l'extrémité supérieure de la partie coulissante (30A, 130, 131) du chariot (30, 31) de façon que, en fin de course du chariot (30, 31), le bord inférieur de la vitre (4) dépasse d'une distance déterminée de l'extrémité inférieure du rail (21, 22).

An automatic window opening device is disclosed. The automatic window opening device includes a first window, a second window, a first shape memory alloy wire and a second shape memory alloy wire. One end of the first shape memory alloy wire is connected to the second window and the other end thereof is connected to the first shape memory alloy wire. The first shape memory alloy wire, when heated and thereby contracted, opens the second window in the direction of the first window. One end of the second shape memory alloy wire is connected to the first window and the other end thereof is connected to the second window. The second shape memory alloy wire, when heated and thereby contracted, opens the first window in the direction of the second window.

PURPOSE: An automatic window opening/closing device is provided to control the indoor ventilation and the amount of sunshine by maintaining the opening angle of a window and to facilitate the opening/closing control of a window. CONSTITUTION: An automatic window opening/closing device(10) comprises a guide frame(20), a window(30), an opening/closing device(40) and an electric opening/closing driving unit(50). The guide frame is formed on the upper and lower part of a window frame, and provided with a guide groove opened in a longitudinal direction at the center of the upper and lower parts. The window is opened/closed by transferring along the guide rail of the guide frame and the guide groove. The opening/closing device formed on the upper and lower parts of the window(36) includes a roller transferred with slide along the guide rail of the guide. The electrical opening/closing driving unit includes a winding device(56). The winding device is rotated around the axis of an electric motor(54), and winds a wire(52) while unwinds the other wire.

유리판을 상하구동하는 구동장치는, 베이스 패널의 상하에 와이어가 설치된 복수개의 풀리를 배치하고, 와이어를 구동하여 유리판을 상하구동시키는, 도어를 닫았을 때에 유리판 (10) 가 차내 방향으로 동작하지 않도록 한다. 또 유리판을 큰 스트로크로 상하구동시켜도 와이어 고정 장착부가 손상되지 않도록 한다. 또한 와이어를 구동, 정지할 때 와이어가 느슨해지지 않도록 한다. 수단으로는, 유리판의 상하구동 궤적을 따라 지지바를 설치하고, 유리판의 하부에, 지지바와 접촉되지 않는 맞댐부재를 설치한다. 또 와이어 고정 장착부의 구멍 가장자리에는 나팔형상의 가이드부를 형성한다. 또 와이어의 느슨해짐 제거용 텐셔너의 둘레면의 형상을 V자형상으로 형성한다.

A worm wheel apparatus for a power window motor of a vehicle with enhanced wear resistance according to the present invention comprises: a housing which is made of a synthetic resin material and includes a worm wheel accommodation unit accommodating the worm wheel and a shaft integrally formed on the central portion of the worm wheel accommodation unit; a flange bush which is made of metal, is fixed on the shaft, and includes a flange supported on the floor of the worm wheel accommodation unit; and a worm wheel which is coupled to the flange bush to be able to slide and arranged on the shaft to be able to rotate. The flange bush is fixed onto the shaft by a forced pressure fitting method.

A door for a vehicle is provided to prevent impact noise from being generated by minimizing bending of a glass plate. A door for a vehicle comprises a window(5), a recess section(3), glass plates(10), guide rails(7,8) and a driving device(20) for vertically driving a glass plate. The glass plate moves up and down in a door(1). The guide rail guides the glass plate. The driving device is provided in the recess section of the door. The driving device includes a base panel provided with a plurality of pulleys(26-29), a drum(25) provided on the base panel, a carrier plate(38) and wires(33-35). The carrier plate supports the glass plate to allow the pulleys to move upward and downward. The wires are installed at the pulleys disposed at the base panel while being partially wound around the drum. As the drum rotates, the wires installed at the pulleys are shifted to move the carrier plate upward and downward.
