The present invention relates to the heat treatment which applies the heat energy to the hair to which the chemical has been already applied during the hair procedures such as perming or dyeing and the hair styling procedure using such method. It involves transferring the heat energy to the hair to which the chemical has been already applied by transferring heat to the metal member (12) of the electric heater (11) which has over 150kcal/m2 HCo heat transfer coefficient primarily and transferring heat to the non-metal member (13) with less than 0.20 kcal/m2 HCo heat transfer coefficient secondarily. The procedure is characterized by the heat transfer by the contact between the above-mentioned non-metal member and the hair (H) for the heat treatment method on the hair to which the chemical has already been applied. Also, it provides various hair styling methods where a high temperature heat is applied to the hair(H), making the main ingredient of the hair (H), keratin react to the heat and relaxes while the hair swells, allowing more active penetration and escaping of the dye.

The insert securing piece used in the construction of nuclear power stations of the present invention comprises: a close fitting part which has the shape of a plate curved at both ends, has the same length as the width of the insert and is formed so as to be parallel with the insert in such a way as to closely fit the upper part of the insert; curved parts at both ends of the close fitting part, which have a length that is the same as the thickness of the insert and are formed so as to curve in such a way as to cover both the left and the right end of the insert; and securing parts at both ends of the curved parts, which securing parts have a length and are formed so as to be parallel with the close fitting part in such a way as to firmly secure the insert to a frame; and the close fitting part is also formed with a protrusion formed so as to protrude along the length in such a way that the close fitting part firmly establishes close fit against the upper part of the insert while the close fitting part is prevented from bending or deforming and becoming damaged during securing by means of the securing part.

Disclosed is a process of preparing sustained release microspheres, containing a biodegradable polymer as a carrier and a drug, using spray drying. The process comprises preparing a solution, suspension or emulsion containing a biodegradable polymer, a drug and a solvent; spray drying the solution, suspension or emulsion; and suspending spray-dried microspheres in an aqueous solution containing polyvinyl alcohol to remove the residual solvent and increase the hydrophilicity of the microsphere surface. The process enables the preparation of microspheres having high drug encapsulation efficiency, almost not having a toxicity problem due to the residual solvent, and having good syringeability. The microspheres prepared according to the present invention release an effective concentration of a drug in a sustained manner for a predetermined period when administered to the body, and are thus useful in the treatment of diseases.
