    Abstract: PURPOSE: A natural lighting apparatus and a hybrid lighting system thereof are provided to improve optical transmission efficiency by changing sunlight into linear parallel light. CONSTITUTION: A natural lighting apparatus comprises a first and a second light-collecting members(10,20) and an optical transmission member. The first light-collecting member reflects sunlight to a focal region. The first light-collecting member is an envelope shaped concave back mirror. The second light-collecting member is arranged in the focal region of the first light-collecting member in order to change the sunlight into forward travelling collimated light. The second light-collecting member is an envelope shaped convex reflection mirror. An optical transmission member transmits the forward travelling collimated light to the inner space.
