A cosmetic composition comprising the extracts of honey and pumpkin is provided to prevent and improve symptoms of the skin caused by water deficiency safely by containing a large quantity of water in a horny layer and reducing water evaporation from the horny layer. A cosmetic composition for moisturizing the skin comprises honey extract containing mono-saccharides including glucose and fructose having strong moisturizing effects and pumpkin extract containing vitamins, especially vitamin A and C and minerals having strong anti-oxidative, skin-restoring and skin-protecting effects, and optionally comprises polyol selected from glycerin, dipropylene glycol, propylene glycol, 1,3-butylene glycol and polyethylene glycol.

A cosmetic composition containing plant extracts is provided to improve effects of skin moisturizing and skin elasticity by removing free radicals and increasing activity of protection factors in the skin with plentiful amounts of catechin, vitamin C and tocopherol in the plant extracts. A cosmetic composition contains 0.01-30.00 wt.%, preferably 0.1-20.00 wt.% of plant extracts(SATIN complex) including green tea extract, tangerine extract and soybean extract in a weight ratio of 1:1:1 to 10:1:1, and is formulated as soft lotion, nutrition lotion, massage cream, nutrition cream, pack, gel or skin adhesive type cosmetics.

본 발명은 멜라닌 합성경로를 조절하여 멜라닌 과다 생성 억제; 멜라닌 색소의 조절; 및 멜라닌 배출 촉진;의 3단계로 미백작용을 하는 피부 미백 화장료 조성물에 관한 것이다. 더욱 상세하게는, 본 발명의 피부 미백 화장료 조성물은 멜라닌 과다 생성 억제 미백기능과 동시에 멜라닌 색소 조절 미백기능을 하는 EPS 복합체 및 멜라닌 배출촉진제로서 각질제거제를 함유하여 우수한 미백효과를 나타낸다.

PURPOSE: A microemulsion particle containing 20-0-£α-L-arabinopyranosyl(1->6)-β-D-glucopyranosyl|-20(S)-protopanaxadiol separated from bioconversion of ginseng saponin is provided. The external preparation composition of skin using the same has an excellent effect of preventing skin aging, such as wrinkle improvement. CONSTITUTION: The microemulsion particle contains 10¬-8 to 99.9999% by weight of 20-0-£α-L-arabinopyranosyl(1->6)-β-D-glucopyranosyl|-20(S)-protopanaxadiol of the formula 1 as an effective ingredient and liposome containing lecithin, lecithin derivatives and a co-emulsifier, based on the total weight of the particle. In formula, R2 is OH and R3 is H. The microemulsion particle is prepared from acid hydrolysis, base hydrolysis or enzymolysis of ginseng extract and ginseng saponin. The cosmetic and pharmaceutical composition having excellent effects of proliferating skin cells and promoting collagen biosynthesis is obtained by formulation of the microemulsion particle.

PURPOSE: Liquid crystal cross linked polymer microcapsules capable of completely stabilizing water-insoluble active ingredients, a process for preparing the capsules, a method for stabilizing the active ingredients using the liquid crystal capsules, and a cosmetic composition for retaining the active ingredients for a long time by containing the microcapsules are provided. CONSTITUTION: The process for preparing liquid crystal cross linked polymer microcapsules comprises a step (a) of polymerizing polymer having crosslinkable functional groups by polymerizing monomer having crosslinkable functional groups and monomer capable of radical polymerization; a step (b) of uniformly dissolving thermotropic liquid crystal, hydrophobic monomer and the polymer having crosslinkable functional groups prepared in the step (a) into organic solvent, emulsifying the solution in an aqueous solution in which dispersion stabilizer having a proper concentration is dissolved, and adding initiator and polymerization inhibitor to the emulsified solution, thereby polymerizing the emulsified solution so that thermotropic liquid crystal polymer microcapsules are manufactured; a step (c) of collecting water-insoluble active ingredients into the capsules; and a step (d) of cross linking the water-insoluble active ingredients collected liquid crystal polymer microcapsules, wherein 0.1 to 50 wt.% of the monomer having crosslinkable functional groups for the total weight of the polymer is used in the step (a) of polymerizing polymer having crosslinkable functional groups.

PURPOSE: A method for increasing the stability of a drug by using a semi-permeable film as a supporter of a transdermal administration type preparation, packing the preparation with packing paper of a multilayer film and filling nitrogen is provided. Whereby, the transdermal absorption type pharmaceutical preparation can reduce irritation on the skin or discomfort. CONSTITUTION: The transdermal administration type preparation comprises a supporter, an adhesive layer containing a drug having a wrinkle preventing or removing effect and a release film to stabilize the drug and reduce skin irritation in a transdermal administration type preparation containing a retinoid-based drug, wherein a semi-permeable film is used as a supporter of the transdermal administration type preparation, the transdermal administration type preparation is packed with packing paper of a multilayer film and nitrogen is filled at the same time.
