    Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent the occurrence of a speckle noise and to view an excellent image with a little power consumption by modulating a laser light beam with a video signal so that scanning may be performed and directly forming the image on the retina of eyes through an optical system. CONSTITUTION:The laser light beam emitted from an He-Ne laser 11 is con verged and made incident on an acoustooptical modulator AOM 13, then the intensity of the laser light is modulated with the signal of a video signal supply circuit 14. It is deflected at right angle by a reflection mirror 17. A filter 16 is a black filter. The cross-sectional shape of the beam is converted to an ellipti cal shape by cylindrical lenses 18, 19 and 20, made incident on an acoustooptical deflector AOD 21 and scanning is performed by a horizontal scanning signal supply circuit 22. Then, the cross-sectional shape of the beam is restored to be circular again by cylindrical lenses 23 and 24 and the plane of polarization in a vertical direction is converted to circular polarization of light by a #l/4 polarizing plate 25. A galvanometric mirror 26 is driven by a vertical scanning signal supply circuit 27 to perform vertical scanning, so that the light is directly made incident in the eye 28 through lenses 29 and 30.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To control the position of the height of a liquid level in a storage tank and obtain a liquid level control mechanism for the resin storage tank in a three- dimensional shape forming apparatus, which enhances the accuracy of a three- dimensional shape to be formed, by providing a supplementary resin supplying means adapted to supply a resinous agent in a resin supplementing tank into the resin storage tank and providing a suction port or an overflow part on one side wall of the resin storage tank. CONSTITUTION:An overflow part 7 consists of an edge 9 whereat one side wall of a storage tank 2 is formed in a position somewhat lower than the top end part 2a of the storage tank, and a resin reservoir 10 provided outside the storage tank. The tip of the edge is located in a position corresponding to the position of a predetermined height of a liquid level. Thereupon, the liquid is always allowed to overflow the part of the edge 9, thereby preventing the displacement of the liquid level from being caused by the surface tension of a resinous agent A. Further, by constantly supplying a predetermined amount of the resinous agent A from a resin supplementing tank 8 into the storage tank 2, the resinous agent A in the storage tank 2 is always allowed to overflow the overflow part 7. Thus, the position of the height of the liquid level in the storage tank 2 is always controlled to the position of a predetermined height.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To execute three functions such as the control of a light quantity, the reduc tion of noise and the modulation of a signal with the aid of using an acousto-optical light modulator by controlling the level of a high frequency signal with the aid of the outputted signal of a comparison means which compares a detected signal from a photodetector with a reference signal which is previously set. CONSTITUTION:The surface of a photoresist is irradiated with helium and cadmium laser light. The peak value of the detected signal from the photodetector 17 is held by a peak hold circuit 19 based on a sampling panel being a modulation signal from an input terminal 13. Besides. the held value is compared with a reference value by a comparator circuit 20 and fetched to an output side as the compared error signal. The, the compared error signal is supplied to an amplitude modulator 24 through a control circuit 22 and a phase compensation circuit 23 and the amplitude of the high frequency signal from a high frequency oscillator 15 is modulated. Then, the level of the detected signal from the photodetector 17 is controlled so that it coincides with the level of the reference signal of a reference power source 21. Thus, three functions such as the modulation of the signal, the control of the light quantity and the reduction of the noise are realized by one acoustooptical light modulatorl.

CONSTITUTION:Irradiation of beams 18 for the liquid surface 4a of a liquid photocuring type resin material 4 is performed by a beam scanning part 11 equipped with a beam oscillating means 17, an acoustic optical modulating means 21, a first galvanomirror 16 for deflecting beams in one rectilinear direction on a decomposition plane and a second galvanomirror 16' for deflecting beams in the direction orthogonal to the rectilinear direction. Further irradiation of beams is performed by two kinds of scanning which consists of both the outline scanning for scanning the lines of the outline of the decomposition plane by a vector scanning system and the face scanning for scanning the whole surface of the decomposition plane by a raster scanning system. The outline scanning is performed every time when the face scanning of one or a plurality of times is performed. Thereby the surface of the formed three-dimensional shape is made smooth and can be formed at high velocity.

Accordingly, when the optical scanning arrives at the dark part of the image, the means 2 passes the beam, it is deflected in a direction Y by the means 3 to form a substantially linear line, then scanned in a direction X, and when it arrives at the bright part of the image, it is again deflected in a direction Y by the means 3 to form the substantially linear line, the beam is then interrupted, and the bright part of the image is formed. As a result, the bright and dark boundaries in the direction Y are smoothly formed by the linear line, and a laser beam direct lithography aligner having high resolution is obtained.

CONSTITUTION:The optical disk 2 has recording tracks consisting of data recording area ARD in which multilevel signals are recorded by displacement of grooves 4 in the perpendicular direction to the groove line, and synchronous signal recording area ARS in which synchronous signals are recorded by discrete grooves. The synchronous signals SW are reproduced from the synchronous signal recording area ARS according to the intensity of the reflected beam from the disk 2. The reflected beam is also received by a bisected optical detector 5, which generates differential signals SPP and reproduction synchronous signals SW. The multilevel signals are reproduced from the data recording area ARD according to the signals SPP and SW. Thereby, clocks for multilevel signals can be easily obtained.

In this, since the recording beam is deflected by the high frequency signal, a multiple exposure is carried out. The center locus of the wide group formed by this method is wabbled, and both the pit series and wide group are formed by one recording beam.

As the difference signal of a detector radially divided radially of the optical disk, the wobbling information of the groove 2 is reproduced and the information of the discrete value information pattern is reproduced as the sum signal of the detector. A group wide in the width of the track pitch is formed ad the recording is executed in this group, so that the RMI (Radical Modulation Index) is elevated. The member such as coating film provided on the disk substrate in such a manner contacts the turn table at the higher coefft. of friction, thereby preventing the slip at the time of rotational driving, facilitating the rotational driving control and preventing the generation of the friction flaws on the disk surface.
