    Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent the occurrence of a speckle noise and to view an excellent image with a little power consumption by modulating a laser light beam with a video signal so that scanning may be performed and directly forming the image on the retina of eyes through an optical system. CONSTITUTION:The laser light beam emitted from an He-Ne laser 11 is con verged and made incident on an acoustooptical modulator AOM 13, then the intensity of the laser light is modulated with the signal of a video signal supply circuit 14. It is deflected at right angle by a reflection mirror 17. A filter 16 is a black filter. The cross-sectional shape of the beam is converted to an ellipti cal shape by cylindrical lenses 18, 19 and 20, made incident on an acoustooptical deflector AOD 21 and scanning is performed by a horizontal scanning signal supply circuit 22. Then, the cross-sectional shape of the beam is restored to be circular again by cylindrical lenses 23 and 24 and the plane of polarization in a vertical direction is converted to circular polarization of light by a #l/4 polarizing plate 25. A galvanometric mirror 26 is driven by a vertical scanning signal supply circuit 27 to perform vertical scanning, so that the light is directly made incident in the eye 28 through lenses 29 and 30.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To contrive the decrease, etc., of a rotating speed of a rotary polygon mirror by allowing a focusing light beam to be made incident on the rotary polygon mirror so that it is not shielded by a fixed plane mirror, reflecting repeatedly this focusing light beam between the rotary polygon mirror and the fixed plane mirror, and enlarging a deflection angle made by the rotary polygon mirror. CONSTITUTION:A fixed plane mirror 20 is placed so as to be opposed to a specular surface part 11 of a rotary polygon mirror 10, and a focusing light beam l1 is made incident on the rotary polygon mirror 10 at a prescribed elevation angle phi against a virtual plane being orthogonal to a rotation axis (m) of the rotary polygon mirror 10 so that it is not shielded by this fixed plane mirror 20. This focusing light beam l1 is reflected repeatedly between the rotary polygon mirror 10 and the fixed plane mirror 20 so as to enlarge a deflection angle made by the rotary polygon mirror 10. In such a way, by a simple constitution for only placing the fixed plane mirror in a prescribed position, the deflection angle can be enlarged satisfactorily, and the decrease, etc., of a rotating speed of the rotary polygon mirror can be contrived.

In such a condition, a scanning beam 4 modulated by recording information is scanned in the direction of a scanning direction (b) while the condition of convergence on a guiding track 3 for recording is maintained and a recording track 6 is formed on the recording surface 1A of the tape shaped information recording medium 1 which is press- contacted to the normal guide board 2. Thus, the recording track of the high density can be formed.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To produce a bit clock pulse which is needed for demodulation despite a big change of the level inverting interval by setting the count value obtained with the maximum level inverting interval of the normal revolution of a disk at an integer multiple as much as a normal bit clock pulse. CONSTITUTION:When the revolving number of a disk is set double as mucn as a normal case, the maximum level inverting interval Tmax2 of a reproduced signal S (figure A) is set at 1/2 normal length. Therefore master clock pulses Pm (figure B) are counted, all 11 pulses Pf sent from a 1/22-dividing part 19 are put into the interval Tmax2 as shown by a figure C. Then the final count value is set at ''11'' with the interval Tmax2 of a 6-bit counter 10. As a result, the maximum count value of a latch part 12 is set at ''11''. An output pulse Ph is generated by a counter 13 every time 11 Pm pulses are counted after an edge pulse Pe is supplied to a load terminal L as shown in the figure D. Thus the frequency of the pulse Ph becomes twice as much as the pulse Pf, and 22 pulses Ph are fed in a period of the interval Tmax2. These pulses are 1/2 divided by a frequency divider 14.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To improve the recording density, transfer rate and access speed of the titled recorder by using a ferrodielectric layer of delta>1 (delta: secondary electron discharge ratio), an electrode set on a single side of the ferrodielectric layer, a means which sets the other side of the ferrodielectric layer at a prescribed potential via electron beam scanning, and a means which heats up the ferrodielectric layer. CONSTITUTION:An electrode 2 is provided on a single side of a ferrodielectric layer 1 of delta>1 (delta: secondary electron discharge ratio). While a potential setting means 3 is provided on the other side of the layer 1 to set a prescribed potential via the electron beam scan. Then a heating means 4 for the layer 1 is provided. Data information to be recorded is set by the means 3 and then written in the layer 1 in the form of a charge pattern in cooperation with the electron beam scanning. When said pattern is read out, an electron beam current is detected in response to the charge pattern obtained by the electron beam scanning of the layer 1. Thus it is possible to improve the recording density, the access speed and the transfer rate.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To record a signal with high density, by forming a recording track at a land part between the optical grooves of an optical recording medium. CONSTITUTION:A laser beam source 7 is driven by a driving source 8 and produces a certain level of current in a reproduction mode and a pulse current corresponding to the information in a recording mode respectively. The waveheight value is varied to be set large in the recording mode and small in the reproduction mode. The laser beams given from a diode 7 are set in parallel to each other through a collimator lens 9 and then put into a diffraction grating 10 to produce a 0-order diffracted beam LB and the + or -1-order diffracted beams LB1 and LB2. These beams are made incident to a galvanomirror 13 via a polarized beam splitter 11 and a 1/4 wavelength plate 15. Then the reflected beams are focused by an objective lens 14 having large NA, and made incident on a recording medium 1 to focus there.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To secure the correct color reproduction by fetching the present signal and the previous signal of before and after one horizontal cycle via the line correlation and through the selection or the load averaging according to the beam current and then using those signals as the index signals. CONSTITUTION:Photo detector 20 is installed outside the funnel of picture tube 10 to detect the light which is emitted when electron beam 11 gives scanning to the fluorescent substance stripes. And the output signal is supplied to BPF30 to fetch the index signal featuring the frequency which is decided by the pitch of the fluorescent substance stripes plus the scanning speed of the electron beam. The index signal is supplied to adder 72 through gain control amplifier 71, and the output signal is fed back to adder 72 via delay circuit 73 and gain control amplifier 74. Furthermore, the output of adder 72 is applied to PLL circuit 40 and then supplied to gate pulse generator 50 to fetch the 3-phase gate pulse. The gate pulse is then applied to gate circuits 60R, 60G and 60B to supply the primary color signals sequentially to first grid 13 of tube 10. In such constitution, the picture free from the contrast deterioration cuased by the coming-out black can be reproduced.
