Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a T-shaped assembly laser welding method for preventing defective shape after the welding and reducing the investment in tools. SOLUTION: This method comprises a step of assembling components close to each other, and a step of performing laser beam welding of the assembly via an outer surface of a T-shaped head portion by two welding parts. The welding is performed along the longitudinal direction of the entire assembly by a bifocal welding head 20 having two axes 21 parallel to the surface of a part to form a T-shaped stem portion 10. Abstract:
PURPOSE:To improve yield by providing notches and slits in one of this fitting parts, deforming the weld zone and performs laser welding, and thereby bringing the amount of the fitting gap to zero. CONSTITUTION:Notches and slits are provided at two places near the welding point 11 of a cap 10, a fitting part, to make the side wall 13 of the cap 10 easily plastic deformable from the direction of outer periphery. A sleeve 14 and the cap 10 positioned by an assembling mandrel 16 and a pressing mandrel 17 are moved from direction of the arrow by a pressing plate 15 to deform the side wall 13. After bringing the gap into close contact, the cap is welded by irradiating a laser beam 20 from a laser device 19 to the weld zone of the sleeve 14.
Abstract:
A high frequency power supply system provides highly regulated power and frequency to a workpiece load where the highly regulated power and frequency can be independent of the workpiece load characteristics by inverter switching control and an inverter output impedance adjusting and frequency control network that can include precision variable reactors with a geometrically-shaped moveable insert core section and a stationary split-bus section where the insert core section can be moved relative to the stationary split-bus section to vary the inductance of the variable reactors.
