    Abstract: A blood cleansing system is provided. The blood cleansing system comprises a blood circulation part to circulate blood of a body by discharging the blood to the outside of the body and injecting the blood into the body, a nanoparticle structure supply part connected to the blood circulation part to supply a nanoparticle structure to the blood circulation part, and a nanoparticle structure recovery part connected to the blood circulation part to retrieve the nanoparticle structure. The nanoparticle structure comprises a core comprising first nanoparticles and a shell located on a surface of the core and comprising second nanoparticles.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a method for detecting off-target sites of a programmable nuclease in a genome, and specifically, to a method for detecting off-target sites through data analysis by subjecting the genome isolated in vitro to programmable nucleases to cleave the genome and then performing whole genome sequencing or deep sequencing, and to a method for selecting on-target sites of a programmable nuclease, which minimizes the off-target effect, using this method. The Digenome-seq of the present disclosure can detect the off-target sites of a programmable nuclease on the genomic scale at a high degree of reproducibility, and thus can be used in the manufacture of programmable nucleases having high target specificity and the study thereof.

    Abstract: An apparatus for generating a 3D left ventricle image includes: an ultrasonic sensor transmitting ultrasonic waves to the heart and receiving echoes thereof, an image processor acquiring a plurality of 2D left ventricle images based on the echoes of the ultrasonic waves and extracting sets of left ventricle boundary coordinates from the plurality of 2D images, respectively and a controller calculating a position of the left ventricle in 3D space through transformation of the sets of left ventricle boundary coordinates extracted by the image processor and generating a 3D left ventricle image based on the position of the left ventricle in 3D space.
