Die Mischvorrichtung zum Vermischen von einer Binder-Komponente (A) und einer Härter-Komponente (B) zu einem pastösen oder flüssigen Mischgut für ein Gerät (100) zur Herstellung einer gebrauchsfertigen Spachtelmasse für die Verspachtelung von Oberflächen von Fahrzeugkarosserien, umfasst einen hohlzylinderartigen Statorteil (16) und einen in diesem konzentrisch um seine Längsachse (20) drehbar aufgenommenen Rotorteil (19), wobei die Mischkammer (14) zwischen dem Statorteil (16) und dem Rotorteil (19) ringspaltartig ausgebildet ist, und sich mehrere am Statorteil (16) angeformte erste Mischzähne (23) radial nach innen und mehrere am Rotorteil (19) angeformte zweite Mischzähne (24) radial nach außen in eine Mischkammer hinein erstrecken, um vermittels einer Rotationsbewegung des Rotorteils (19) im Statorteil (16) die Mischzähne (23, 24) gegeneinander zu bewegen und eine Vermischung der Komponenten (A, B) zu schaffen, wobei die Mischzähne (23, 24) zur Vergrößerung der Mischkammer (14) eine Mindestlänge von 4 mm aufweisen und der Abstand des Rotorteils (19) vom Statorteil (16) im Eintrittsbereich der beiden Komponenten (A, B) 0,1 mm beträgt.

Apparatus (101) for producing material by a chemical reaction between a first chemical reagent and a second chemical reagent. The apparatus comprises a chemical mixing arrangement; a dispensing chamber (317); a dispensing piston (312) configured to dispense reacting mixture from said dispensing chamber; and a control means (501) for controlling the movement of said dispensing piston and for controlling operation of the chemical mixing arrangement. The chemical mixing arrangement has a mixing chamber (305) and injection means (306) configured to produce a jet of a first chemical reagent and a jet of a second chemical reagent such that said jets collide within said mixing chamber to produce reacting mixture. The dispensing chamber (317) has an inlet for receiving the reacting mixture from the mixing chamber and an outlet (319) for dispensing the reacting mixture. The control means (501) is arranged to co-ordinate movement of the dispensing piston with the operation of the chemical mixing arrangement such that the chemical mixing arrangement is caused to mix the chemical reagents while the dispensing piston is caused to move at a controlled rate.

An apparatus for coating an optical fibre 42 with a selected one of a plurality of different resins 16, 18, 20 comprises respective reservoirs 10, 12, 14 for the resins, an applicator 40 for applying a resin coating to the optical fibre and a distribution means between the reservoirs and the applicator including a valve device 34 which is operable for putting any selected one of the reservoirs in flow communication with the applicator. The valve device comprises a first body 44 defining a plurality of inlet passages 28, 30, 32 each of which is interconnected to a respective reservoir 10, 12, 14 by a respective inlet conduit 22, 24, 26 and a second body 46 defining an outlet passage 36 which is interconnected to the applicator 40 via an outlet conduit 38. A flow control device 48 is disposed between the bodies 44 and 46 and the bodies are relatively moveable for putting any selected one of the inlet passages 28, 30, 32 in alignment with the outlet passage 36. The flow control device has a first position relative to the second body 46 for blocking all of the inlet passages and the outlet passage and a second position relative to the second body 46 for allowing flow to the outlet passage from an inlet passage aligned therewith.

PURPOSE: A silicon constant quantity application device of a silicon attach system for a radiator cover is provided to maintain the pressure inside a supply line uniformly to apply silicon using a nozzle in a fixed quantity. CONSTITUTION: A silicon constant quantity application device of a silicon attach system for a radiator cover comprises the following: supply pumps(158-5a,158-5b); a static mixer(158-3); supply lines(158-4a,158-4b) separately supplying silicon rubber and a paste; and a pressure sensor(158-9) maintaining the pressure inside the supply line between the supply pumps and the static mixer, by reducing the rotation number of a servo motor installed on the supply pump.

A device and a method for correcting nozzle off-sets of a nozzle dispenser are provided to move a left nozzle dispenser or a right nozzle dispenser as much as a distance corresponding to an operated off-set value. A first nozzle dispenser(210a) comprises a first align sensor in the front of the first nozzle dispenser. The first nozzle dispenser coats coating solution consecutively on a plurality of left chamfers(232a). A second nozzle dispenser(210b) includes a second align sensor in the front of the second nozzle dispenser. And the second nozzle dispenser coats the coating solution consecutively on a plurality of right chamfers(232b). A gantry(220) comprises a horizontal bar in which the first nozzle dispenser and the second nozzle dispenser are mounted. An actuator(216) moves the first nozzle dispenser or the second nozzle dispenser along with the horizontal bar.
