A method for storing cardboard tubes (2) in a storing unit according to the present invention comprising the following steps: providing a storage unit with an input section for the tubes (2), a storage section (AC) comprising a plurality of storing planes (13), an output section for the tubes (2), transfer means (3) for transferring the tubes (2) from the input section to the storage section, and discharge means for conveying the tubes (2) from the storing section to the output section; providing a plurality of cardboard tubes (2) in the input section (E) of said storage unit; transferring the tubes (2) from the input section of the storage unit to the storage section; storing a plurality of tubes (2) in said storage section (AC); transferring the tubes (2) from said storage section (AC ) to said output section. The step of transferring the tubes (2) from said input section to said storage section involves more tubes (2) simultaneously, whereby a plurality of tubes (2) are transferred from said input section simultaneously on a plurality of storing planes (13) of the storage section (AC).

The elements for the angular orientation of the item (11) are designed to cause the item to be fed forward while keeping it substantially-transversal to the direction of feed and include first mobile members (12) for feeding a corresponding portion of the item (11) and extending along a respective path, which has a curved section (12a) , and second mobile members (14) for feeding a second portion of the item (11) and extending along a respective path having a curved section (14a) which is concentric with and radially inside the curved section (12a) of the first mobile feed members (12).

The invention relates to a tubular hand-held device (10) which is used to insert tubes (T) into a tubular filling machine, and to replace tubes inside the tubular filling machine. Said device comprises at least one displaceable carrier (13) whereon a plurality of tube grippers (14) are arranged in at least one row of grippers. An adjusting device (15) is mounted on the carrier which comprises at least one drive device, the drive device thereof can be transformed into a relative movement of the tube gripper along the row of grippers by means of a transfer device (18). The tube grippers can be adjusted by means of the adjusting device between a first relative position, wherein they have a first predetermined mutual distance, and at least one second relative position, wherein they have a second predetermined mutual distance. According to the invention, the transfer device is formed by a shearing rod (11) which can be extended and retracted by means of the drive device. The drive device is formed from two pneumatic-cylinders (16, 17) which are oriented in a parallel manner in relation to each other in the longitudinal direction of the row of grippers and are active in the opposite directions.

The invention relates to an interlacing device which can be used automatically to interlace long products on a transport pallet in an economical and optimum manner, which can be adapted to tubes of any length and which operates concurrently with the palletising machine. The inventive interlacing device (10) is characterised in that it comprises at least one interlacing gantry (11) which extends parallel to the palletised products along at least part of the length thereof and which comprises at least one wire guide (20), said wire guide being fed by at least one interlacing (12') link reel (12). The aforementioned interlacing device (10) also comprises drive means (14) which are connected to the interlacing gantry (11) in order to move same alternatively between at least two end positions such as to move the guide wire (20) alternatively from one side of the transport pallet (7) to the other in at least one interlacing plane (P) which is essentially perpendicular to the palletised products (2). The invention is suitable for palletising any long product, e.g. cylindrical tubes.

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum ausgerichteten Ablegen von sechskantigen Profilstäben (2) mit ihren Längskanten (5) nach unten in Richtung auf einen Stapeltisch (9) einer Stapelanlage (1). Dabei wird eine erste Anzahl von n-Profilstäben (2) auf einem Zuführtisch (8) bereitgestellt und ein Stapelschacht (11) mit einer dazu entsprechenden Breite (14) ausgebildet. Dann werden mehrere erste Übergabearme (17) über den Stapelschacht (11) auf die vom Zuführtisch (8) abgewendete Seite hinausragend verstellt und die Profilstäbe (2) mittels einer Übergabevorrichtung (10) auf an den Übergabearmen (17) angeordnete Stützflächen (18) verlagert sowie von der Übergabevorrichtung (10) aneinander anliegend gehalten. Die Übergabearme (17) werden zurückverstellt und dabei der erste Profilstab (2) auf an den Übergabearmen (17) geneigt ausgerichtete Führungsflächen (21) verlagert sowie um seine Längsachse verschwenkt. Bei weiterer Verstellung der Übergabearme (17) wird der erste Profilstab (2) sowohl an ersten Stapelschachtwänden (12) als auch an den Führungsflächen (21) geführt auf den Stapelschachtgrund (15) abgesenkt. Die weiteren Profilstäbe (2) werden ebenfalls verschwenkt und stets aneinander anliegend auf den Stapelschachtgrund (15) abgesenkt. Die Erfindung betrifft auch noch eine Anlage zum ausgerichteten Ablegen von Profilstäben (2).
