Abstract:
본 발명은 단열층을 형성하는 조성물에 관한 것으로, 조성물은 알콕시 작용화된 실란 기를 지니는 알콕시실란 작용화된 중합체에 기초한 결합제, 물 및 단열 형성 첨가제를 함유한다. 본 발명에 따른 조성물로 인해, 이의 팽창률은 비교적 높고, 개별 내화 기간에 요구되는 층 두께를 갖는 코팅은 단순 및 신속하게 적용될 수 있으며, 여기서 층 두께는 최소로 감소될 수 있고, 그럼에도 불구하고 상당한 단열 효과가 달성될 수 있다. 본 발명에 따른 조성물은 내화 기간을 증가시키기 위한, 방화, 특히 강철 부품, 예컨대 기둥, 비임, 프레임 부재의 코팅에 특히 적합하다.

유리 기재용 중합체성 코팅은 헥사플루오로프로필렌 산화물 유도된 실란 중합체를 포함한다. 헥사플루오로프로필렌 산화물 유도된 실란 중합체는 분자량이 약 5500 초과, 두께가 약 2 내지 약 15 나노미터 및 마찰 계수 상수가 약 0.35 미만이다. 중합체성 헥사플루오로프로필렌 산화물 유도된 실란 코팅의 물 접촉각은 10000 회의 마모 사이클 처리 후 약 27% 미만 감소된다.

Disclosed is a hydrophilic coating composition excellent in hydrophilicity, wear resistance, transparency, storage stability, antifog properties, antifouling properties, visible light transmittance, adhesiveness, chemical resistance, weather resistance and water resistance. Also disclosed is a hydrophilic member using such a hydrophilic coating composition. Specifically disclosed is a hydrophilic coating composition containing a ternary copolymer (A) having a repeating (a1) unit having a hydrophilic group, a repeating unit (a2) having a hydroxy group, an epoxy group, an isocyanate group, a block isocyanate group, a carboxylic acid anhydride group or an amino group, and a repeating unit (a3) having a hydrolyzable silyl group, and a metal complex catalyst (B). This hydrophilic coating composition contains not less than 50% by mole of the repeating unit (a1) having a hydrophilic group.

PURPOSE: A polymer composition, a cured product, its preparation method and a laminated product are provided to improve the storage stability, hardness and mechanical strength such as wear resistance and to obtain a coating film having good flatness without a lubricant. CONSTITUTION: The polymer composition comprises a polymer having a silicon atom bonded to a hydrolysis group and/or hydroxyl group, wherein the polymer particle has a maximum size of 2 micrometer or less, and the number of the particles having a size of 0.2-2 micrometers is 1,000 or less per 1 ml. Preferably the polymer composition comprises further at least one component selected from the group consisting of an organic silane represented by the formula (R¬1)nSi(X)(4-n), its hydrolyzate and its condensate, wherein R1's which are the same or different each other, are a mono-valent organic group of C1-C8; X is halogen atom, an alkoxy group of C1-C8 or an acetoxyl group; and n is an integer of 0-2.
Abstract:
The present disclosure provides a hybrid coating composition including a siloxane-based polymer and an organic polymer. The composition can be applied to a wide variety of substrates include metals, ceramic materials, plastics, composites, minerals and the like. A process for making articles is also provided.
